5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Monitor

Pros: All around, great. I've been using this monitor for gaming and work, and it fits the bill for both. Colors are a little bright but can be easily adjusted with the touch button menu system. Once you get the hang of the menus it becomes quick and simple to navigate and adjust as you see fit.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Got this on sale for $279.99. Best three hundred bucks I've ever spent.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing

Pros: The monitor is incredibly bright and vibrant. 120Hz is amazing needless to say. It makes such a huge difference in gaming. If you're a gamer(any kinds of games), you should be playing it on this monitor.

Cons: The buttons on the monitor(settings, power, etc) seems to be touch sensitive and sometimes doesn't respond. Nothing terrible, just needed to write some kind of con =)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for gaming

Pros: -120hz is very noticeable, even when moving the mouse cursor around on the desktop.
-Adjustable stand.
-Hole in the stand for cable management.
-Ability to rotate monitor.
-S Switch to switch from desktop/web browsing mode to gaming mode.
-Black Equalizer is the biggest thing for games with a lot of dark areas where enemies always hide.
-Multiple ports in the back like HDMI for my 360.
-FASTEST response I have ever played with.
-USB ports on the side came in handy.

Cons: -Colors look washed out compared to my previous IPS panel monitor.
-Color settings from factory need a lot of touching up to get it right.
-Viewing angles aren't good compared to my IPS panel.

Other Thoughts: This is my first FPS gaming monitor and I have to say, this is one of the best purchases I made in a while. At first, I was pretty disappointed with the color options it came with from the factory but after a couple hours and adjustments later, I got it to where I'm satisfied. Then, I started gaming and that's where I saw the real difference. Compared to 60hz, 120hz is amazing. Very responsive, very quick, and insanely made me into a good player. I did not expect a monitor to make me play really well. I tried switching back to 60hz and that made me play dull again because the response time it took was very noticeable. It's like it's .1 sec slower, which isn't very big, but somehow, you can feel it when you move the mouse around. There's just this lag when you go back down to 60hz. I swear, I get called a hacker more often now because I can see in dark corners and how fast this monitor responds.
I thought I made the wrong decision when I bought this over my IPS panel monitor but since I game more often and IPS panels aren't very responsive (it ghost like crazy), I don't regret getting this monitor. Colors will never be accurate but it's good enough for me. It won't lose no eggs because of the colors. I know what panel I bought so I expected it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Buy for Gamers

Pros: -120hz : Gamers looking for a smooth gameplay should look no further...
- I found the black equalizer quite noticeable in BF3, which helps a lot in competitive gaming. (Brightens up dark areas in game)
-Comes with some very nice gaming presets, I found no need to mess with the settings individually.
-Very high quality monitor, adjustable in all directions.

Cons: None that I have seen so far.

Other Thoughts: Great monitor for people looking to game in 120hz

4 out of 5 eggsGood monitor 4/5

Pros: Great for gaming, wasn't too difficult setting up.

Cons: Had multiple dead pixels when i first plugged it in, which is disappointing. wasn't as good for things like watching videos as i've seen from other monitors. if you're really into gaming though i'd say it's a good but not great choice.

1 out of 5 eggsRMA, Horrible Service

Pros: Nice Monitor

Cons: Broke after 30 days, had to RMA through Benq, its been 3 weeks since I mailed it out and I still have not received a replacement monitor. Nobody picks up when I call BenQ customer service, will NEVER buy from them again. Sticking with Viewsonic.

Other Thoughts: More of a review of their service than their monitor but be warned.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic!

Pros: The Price is Right
Picture is Smooth as Butter

Cons: Default colors are slightly off (but can be adjusted)

Other Thoughts: Great monitor for the price. I was looking to get something with a 120hz refresh rate after I cracked the screen on my previous monitor. Boy am I glad I did. People tend to say you can't tell the difference in frame rate after 60hz but I beg to differ. Everything looks smoother.

Although I stated the default colors are off I tend to leave them at the default for gaming. It feels like the set the colors to work better at first person shooters because I tend to see enemies in the shadows much clearer than when I set the monitor to be more color correct for editing pictures and the like.
