4 out of 5 eggsits alright i guess

Pros: 4ms delay and its 27 inch

Cons: one dead pixel but its at the bottom of the screen so it wasn't really worth returning also the stand gets scratched REALLY easily

Other Thoughts: my Logitech g15 keyboard scratched the hell out of the stand

4 out of 5 eggsBenQ Public

Pros: Sharp/Bright Picture
Stable Stand
Decent Packaging
No dead Pixels
No Power Brick (built in to the Monitor)

Cons: Should have higher resolution than 1920 x 1080
Wide Bezel on the edges
Horrible little nasty Speakers
A little overpriced @ the 209.00 USD I paid.

Other Thoughts: A 27" Monitor should have higher resolution. No increase of
screen real estate over my 24" Monitor. This might help someone with poor eyesight, because text & everything else is larger on this monitor, but it seems like wasted space on my desk. At least I learned to never buy a Monitor larger than 24" with 1920 x 1080 resolution. This is why 1 egg was deducted. I would like to have saved money by having the speakers left out too. They are useless. Still, this should be a good monitor choice because of the clear picture. I am waiting too see the specs/reviews on the newer BenQ GW2760HS. I did vote 8 out of 10 in the voting pool
on this BenQ GW2750HM Monitor.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat monitor

Pros: -Big

-Great quality

-Lightweight

-Easy installation

Cons: -Came with a faulty power cable; Not enough to warrant the loss of an egg.

-When turning the monitor on, the screen is purple and displays 'BENQ'. I find this a tad annoying, but again; not worth an egg, in my opinion

Other Thoughts: 27" is big; don't fool yourself. I assumed it was 27" diagonally; it is not. It is 27" HORIZONTALLY. It's very large, and I love it.

3 out of 5 eggsDead Pixel and Horrible Ghosting

Pros: I am a full-time software developer so I ordered three of these, the extra screen real estate and bigger content is incredibly beneficial.

The screens have a matte finish instead of glossy which is very much appreciated. Moving from my old ASUS monitors, the buttons are very easy to use so I don't know what all the fuss is about. The color is great too!

Cons: One of the three I ordered had a dead pixel at the top so it loses an egg, however I can live with it since it's one of the secondary monitors. Reviewers spoke highly of the viewing angles but I can definitely see distortion just looking at these screens head on. The biggest issue I have encountered is the HORRIBLE ghosting; avoid these monitors at all costs if you plan on gaming or watching fast paced videos. Minus another egg for ghosting, I would subtract two but for the $209 I got these for it's hard to be too critical - I also understand some people will use these strictly for browsing the web, photo work, etc.

Just to clarify, I have set the AMA mode to Premium and it doesn't seem to help much.

Other Thoughts: These monitors come set at 90 brightness which caused me temporary blindness. I had to turn it down to 50, once I got use to that it was still too bright and caused eye strain so I turned it down further to 30.

I've also seen some people complain about the stands not being sturdy but that is definitely not the case. I can't see one of these monitors falling over easily.

5 out of 5 eggsThe color is amazing

Pros: good amva panel, gaming and movie.

Cons: only come with VGA cable , but I understand why, because not everybody run high end computer. I ended up buy an DVI cable. But this is not really a con to me.

5 out of 5 eggsMassively Beautiful

Pros: It's Huge! (that's exactly what she said)
Lightweight, went together easily.
Replaced my old Acer 22" monitor.
Hdmi input.
Absolutely gorgeous.
Used by MLG for gaming tournaments.

Cons: Base is a little small for the giant screen, It fell over easily when tilted all the way forward.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to watch blu rays and play games in my small room. You can see it clearly across the room.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Value

Pros: PRICE=A+++
IMAGE QUALITY=A+
Excellent perfect high speed HD without ghosting or artifacts, crystal clear resolution
STAND QUALITY=B+
Does the job and holds the monitor securely.
SETUP / USAGE = B

Works perfectly, out of the box easy plug and play setup for me just needed the other video cable NOT INCLUDED

Cons: Buttons are a little close together, when makes the menu a little difficult to navigate, and its easy to hit the power button by accident while in the menu.

VGA cable only for video connections.

Other Thoughts: I got this when it was on sale and had a coupon code for a total of 209.00. (Free shipping too). Cannot beat the bang for your buck from this thing.

It's the first Benq product I have bought.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Monitor

Pros: Great picture, panel, colors, looks, stand, and most importantly price, hehe. I don't know about other BenQ monitors but mine says on the warranty card that it is warranted for three years, not one year as stated in the details page.

Cons: To me, nothing really is a con with this monitor. The internal speakers are loud enough to play music and even play games. But no gamer would use the internal speakers anyway, am I right?

Other Thoughts: I paid really good price for this monitor and I love it so far, better than many other competition monitors out there. I will look into purchasing another one just because they would look nice together.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great color, depth and contrast. Upgraded from a 24" and the difference is amazing. The stand is solid and easily adjustable. Great value for the price.

Cons: the OSD is odd, but that's not uncommon. It gets the job done, all that matters.
