4 out of 5 eggsGreat Montor

Pros: - Very nice build quality
- Is not shiny, so no fingerprints
- No dead pixels
- The stand is great with adjustable height, swivels to left and right (limited), and panoramic view is pretty awesome.
- Built-in Speakers (will update once I get an auxiliary cable)

Cons: - No DVI cable included, only comes with VGA
- No HDMI which is a huge con mainly because any monitor with speakers should have an HDMI port
- 3.5mm AUX cable is required to use the speakers

Other Thoughts: I got this for a great price at $100, but the retail price at $130 is a little steep, especially considering some people will want a DVI and AUX cable.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: 1080p - great contrast - swivel base - adjustable height - tilt - ROTATE TO PORTRAIT!!!! - built in speakers - cable management bracket on the back side of base.

Cons: No HDMI port, which is a pain because this monitor comes with built in speakers.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these on sale for $99.99 each, and for that price these are a steal. Not sure I would pay $160 for them though because they have built in speakers but no HDMI port, so you have to use the AUX 3.5mm jack.

If you're looking for a work environment, these are perfect for the price. If you are a gamer, you need to look at BenQ's higher end if you really care about what you see, and you should considering that's the whole point.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding value - and it pivots!

Pros: Stand includes pivot capability (not mentioned in the product description) so you can use it in either portrait or landscape mode. (Windows handles that out of the box so you don't need any special drivers.) Very bright (too bright out of the box, I had to turn it down) and colors are vibrant. Lots of image adjustments available - you can change the color balance and gamma, turn dynamic contrast on and off, and more. Multiple image presets.

Cons: No DVI cable in the box. (A VGA cable is included.) The labeling of the controls is odd; when the monitor is pivoted for portrait mode the labels are upside down. The tilt range of the stand is limited. Windows deals with wallpaper badly when you have both a portrait display and a landscape display.

Other Thoughts: My monitor has no defective pixels. Good show, BenQ.
