5 out of 5 eggsGreat color, brightness, connectivity

Pros: Spectacular viewing angles
Bright, saturated colors with deep, solid blacks
No IPS glow or TN color shift
HDMI, dual-link DVI, VGA inputs
Makes Risen 2 and Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 look amazing

Cons: 1080p resolution
Glossy bezel and stand (monitor panel itself is not glossy)

Other Thoughts: If you've never seen a VA LCD monitor before, you're missing something amazing.

5 out of 5 eggsUnusually good offer in my opinion. My very first newegg review as 10 year customer..

Pros: Very clear when reading texts using the various modes. I'm a "retired" gamer but had to test it in a game. Very crisp and vivid colors with seemingly unlimited available adjustments to your liking. I'm not a pro knowledge wise, but have used many monitors and regardless of price, this one is very high quality.

Cons: No real cons, even came with hdmi cable...
Had to "help" with the driver installation a little bit but that could have been my win 7 laptop's issue...

Other Thoughts: If you need a monitor, get this. I highly recommend it.

Newegg, you're the best!

5 out of 5 eggsVery satisfied

Pros: Works great as a gamer.
Brilliant colors
Sturdy stand
Attractive looking
BIG

Cons: Power button was tricky. At first I though it was defective and I planned to return it. I wiggled the power button a little and it seemed to "catch."

Other Thoughts: This is a good choice for a 27 inch monitor.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor for the Price, Good Size

Pros: Very affordable monitor at a good price. A great size for my main monitor, which is use primarily for gaming, streaming, and surfing the web. A nice slim profile and sleek look.

Cons: Colours are definitely not perfect. I highly recommend using a colour calibration device (I used a Spyder 5) if you are concerned with colour consistency between monitor. I was much happier with the colours after calibrating, but they still aren't perfect. I would buy something higher-end if you are obsessive about your monitor's colour display.

Built in speakers are definitely not worth using. I didn't really care as I have external speakers already, but it almost seems like a waste of materials. Definitely don't rely on the built-in speakers as your source for audio.

5 out of 5 eggsExtremely nice.

Pros: No dead pixels (seems to be a theme for this one), the brights are bright, the blacks are black. Makes fallout 4 and Final Fantasy XIV look bigger! Replaces a 24 inch I got 3 years ago. No regrets from buying it.
I use a headset for all of my computing needs, so, I have not used the speakers, nor would I anyhow, as I have many other speakers I can use. Just bought it as a monitor.

Cons: No cons I can see yet.

Other Thoughts: For the people experiencing blur, this could be a card limitation. I have used it with Civ V, Fallout 4, Final Fantasy XIV, and a slew of other games, so far, no blur.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding Displays at a Value Point

Pros: These displays are HUGE. Came a 2 x 23" set up and I am amazed at the size difference. For me, this is a great thing. I usually sit about 27" from my displays and on my 23" set up I had to learn forward (sorry, but, I am in my mid-40's) just to see some detail on things. With these beautiful monitors I can literally sit back in my chair and clearly see absolutely everything.

No dead pixels. No bleed. No blur.

The previous reviewer that commented about reading up on these panels from TFT reviews hit it dead on, very well done review and really helped me pull the trigger on the purchase.

Colors out of the box are very good but can definitely get better with some calibration (again, thanks to TFT reviews).

I bought 2 of them and have no regrets after a week of owning them. I simply could not believe the price at this quality. Tilt is perfectly usuable for me in my environment. I also have found that these can be tilted horizontally slightly which can be useful but annoying at the same time but at least can help you achieve the thinnest transition between dual headed (or more) setups. These bezels are thin, which in my book is a plus. Set up from box opening was a no brainer and literally took 1 minute per monitor. I wound up receiving with each display a VGA cable but no big deal since I have an abundance of DVI and HDMI cables.

Cons: The stands are, in my opinion, a little high. Nowhere even enough to take an egg off however.

Other Thoughts: I do not use these for gaming. I am a working IT professional and work from home frequently. Having a dual headed monster that is easy on my eyes is critical. Yes, these are larger than I imagined, but, I have no complaints. My previous 23" panels (I will omit the manufacturer intentionally) developed issues within the first 1 year and immediately after the first 3 years under warranty (latter died a few months ago so I opted for these to replace). My work from home productivity will sky rocket because of these and at the same time allow me to maintain a more ergonomically correct computing position during my work day.

5 out of 5 eggsThe best value for a 27" 1080p display

Pros: I used TFT Reviews to help guide me with my purchase, so make your way there if you want highly-technical rundowns on why this monitor is the best picture quality and gaming-capable monitor for its class.

-Zero dead pixels for me, which was really my only concern.
-Eyestrain has actually noticeably reduced, which is saying a lot when my previous monitor was an LG IPS235 with no flicker.
-No noticeable bleed
-No ghosting, no input lag when playing SW: Battlefront
-Vibrant colors and superb contrast levels, beating out my already high-level IPS monitor.
-Despite popular belief: a 1080p monitor of high quality like this one will not cause text to become less sharp or suddenly make your picture quality grainy due to pixel density.

Cons: My stand absolutely refuses to tilt, but luckily it's stuck in the perfect position for my setup. Worst case scenario if you did get a stand that was stuck like mine, you could take a hammer to it or opt for a VESA mount. The stand is solid, though, it won't shake from minimal vibrations.

Unless you're building a pure gaming enthusiast PC build with a budget of over $1,000 to take advantage of 1440p resolution, OR if you're a stickler about FPS and demand a higher refresh rate, there are no major cons here.

Other Thoughts: If you're an OCD buyer like me who stumbled upon this gem, don't hesitate or dwell over getting this over the temping 2k Korean displays, which is like rolling the dice without a proper warranty.
