4 out of 5 eggsLow Blue Light

Pros: Quickly replaced. Works as my extended desktop using VMware workstation. Reasonably sharp for the price range

Cons: The Low Blue Light mode is worthless and looks terrible.

4 out of 5 eggsBENQ Monitor

Pros: Monitor has great color and has a wide range of options for settings including low blue light etc for gaming or for movie watching or everyday use.

Has a nice feature that tells you the recommended resolution for each application or game etc that your working in.

Cons: Not many, may be nit picking but the buttons are hidden back behind the main bezel, there are dots that correspond to the button but its just a bit different, overall not really that big of a deal.

There is no display port, not a huge issue since it has HDMI but it would have been nice, still cant complain since the price of this monitor is excellent.

Other Thoughts: Great monitor, Great price, alt tabbing in and out of full screen games seems to be much quicker than my old Dell monitor from 4 years ago, has great brightness/color, I would definitely buy another if it had a display port but HDMI will suffice for now.

2 out of 5 eggsBroke in three months

Pros: The visual quality is quite impressive for this monitor, it makes quite a difference in color compared to lower quality monitors.

Cons: Breaks horribly easily. In roughly three months, the HDMI port went out on the monitor, and a few days after that, the whole monitor went out, hearing static when I plugged in the power cord. In addition to it being unreliable, it also advertises BenQ's 'senseye3' which is programmed into the monitor as a demo version, which wouldn't be so bad if they weren't advertising it directly on the monitor itself with a rather noticeable logo for something that the monitor doesn't even have full access to. Makes me regret not extending my warranty, but I presumed a brand such as BenQ would be more reliable.

4 out of 5 eggsGood For What it's Worth

Pros: Full HD.

Cons: Lowest quality speakers. Cant hear anything. Loud music sounds like whispering. My $89 phone has better speakers. Might as well not include them at all.

Other Thoughts: I was able to overclock the refresh rate up to 70Hz @ native res using Custom Resolution Utility. Up to 80Hz @ 1024*768 res. That is a 28.5% difference in refresh rate and I'll tell you it feels a whole lot better gaming on higher refresh rates.

5 out of 5 eggsBargain hunter's dream

Pros: I purchased two of these originally for less than 300. It was time to upgrade the two monitors I had from 2009. I've noticed that I have less eye strain which is important as I spend a great deal of time in front of them for work.

Cons: When they arrived one monitor had a dead or stuck pixel so I had to return it and purchased another after the sale had expired. I needed two not one so I ordered it. Cheers to newegg for giving me a break on the overnight shipping to get a replacement monitor as I sent the other one back.

4 out of 5 eggsNot bad.

Pros: It's a pretty decent monitor. I got it on a pretty good deal, and it's worth it so far. The colors all look spectacular and the edging is very unnoticeable.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor Great Price

Pros: Awesome monitor! Wide, crisp, and functions as a monitor should. I like the circular base it has too, since I personally don't like square bases
