4 out of 5 eggsOk monitor

Pros: Very large and crisp monitor

Cons: I have one dead pixel on the panel. Have ran the fix utils multiple times and it won't come back.

4 out of 5 eggsSecond one with a different tint

Pros: Good price for size. Response time is nice with AMA activated. (Pretty ugly when it's turned off)

Cons: I was pretty happy with my first one. My second one has a noticeable off-white/yellow tint no matter the settings. Will update my review if I can manage to fix it somehow or if it goes away.

Other Thoughts: Stand height is a bit too tall for my preference as I use a ledge/stand on my desk already.

5 out of 5 eggsGood monitor

Pros: Price.
Control buttons tucked away on back of monitor, leaving nice clean front.
Lot of display lighting options.

Cons: No display port connection

Other Thoughts: I thought I was going to have to agree with the ghosting issue some have listed as when I first used the monitor it seemed to have the problem. But after first day of use the ghosting disappeared and everything is now sharp and clear.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible Ghosting

Pros: Large screen

Cons: I have had a lot of monitors, many of them on the cheap end of the spectrum. Yet, I have never had a monitor that ghosts so bad that I notice it in all games I play. I noticed bad discolorations in Path of Exile but couldnt put my finger on what it was. Minecraft really shows the problem well. All of the 'pixels' on the mine craft textures discolor and lag terribly. The standard stone blocks with are a few shades of grey turn purples and pinks as I move about a room. If I jump the leading edges of all blocks trails and ghosts badly. Im not talking about a racing game here, Im talking about moving around slowly in minecraft. Imagine this effect on every interface between any 2 different colors.

Also, this could be a product of a larger screen, but the cheap plastic used makes the monitor bend and contort when I try to re-position it with on my articulating monitor arm. I have to be very careful.

Other Thoughts: Ill be trying to return this monitor and plug back in my $150 21" Acer.

4 out of 5 eggsdecent widescreen monitor

Pros: benq,WIDE,VESA mounts, VGA, DVI and HDMI with audio jack. not too glossy just perfect, tilts up/down without stand breaking. stand has a screw to lock monitor in place, VESA mounts for giving this beast some angle. get compliments on the size/ price made out like a bandit.

Cons: when i watch movies it has noticable white around the edges, even in movie mode preset.

Other Thoughts: was looking for a 24" but this monitor came in for about the same price, bought before it went out of stock

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great color for the price, but you will get what you pay for. I got this because I was stepping down from a 32" TV for my monitor and wanted a 27" monitor. Nice 1080p monitor with hdmi but keep in mind that this does not have speakers so a digital signal is a digital signal so dvi works just as well.

Cons: Keep in mind that this does not have a display port plug. If you are planning on daisy chaining for a duel or triple monitor setup you will need either a graphics card/cpu with several hdmi/dvi outs. If your graphics card only has 1 of each such as my gtx 680 twin frozer, you will need at least 1 display port to hdmi adapter (inexpensive) for a triple monitor setup

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great picture/ Purchased this as pre Black Friday sale saved quite a bit of money

Cons: Base could be bit larger to keep the monitor from wobbling anytime it's bumped into

3 out of 5 eggsGreat monitor...except

Pros: Very large, bright and vesa compatible.

Cons: 3 days after I plugged it in a single pixel went dead on the left middle of the screen. It was irritating but not enough to pay for shipping, also ghosting is annoying while playing minecraft-esque games.

Pros: Great response time, nice resolution, plenty of options and features.

Cons: Not very many, buttons on back are a bit annoying, but you get used to it fairly quick.
