5 out of 5 eggsGreat touch screen monitor

Pros: This monitor worked out of the box on Windows 10 with no issues and no messing with drivers. Just plug in and go. On devices with a single USB port (such as the Surface Pro), the built in USB hub is handy to plug extra devices in such as a mouse and keyboard to convert my Surface into a full blown desktop experience. Before purchasing, I spoke with Planar and they were extremely helpful in helping me understand the specifications of the monitor.

Cons: The speakers are very low volume.

Pros: I'm very happy with the screen brightness and colors, and the touch feature works as expected. I need to do some touch screen software development and considered buying a touch-enabled laptop, but adding this monitor to my desktop was less expensive, and also upgraded my desktop's video performance.

Cons: The jacks from the USB hub are inconveniently located

Pros: We bought 5 of these to replace older touch screens in classrooms. So far teachers have liked the replacement and use the touch function more than the previous monitors.
Features that are nice:
can be positioned from upright to flat in one continuous motion
multi-touch for expanding photos
ease of installation

Cons: none so far
