Does this have built-in speakers?

No it does not. There is a 3.5mm audio OUTPUT jack on the back of the monitor. You can use this to plug in headphones or external speakers if you are using the HDMI input and your PC is transmitting sound via HDMI along with the video signal.

No, only HDMI and VGA. However, (and you may already be aware of this) you can get HDMI to DVI cables for about the same price as standard HDMI cables.

This monitor has a matte screen.  I have two and have been quite happy with them.

Yes, it has the 4 screw points for a VESA mount and the stand is removable.  (Actually comes with the stand separate)

The screen is anti-glare and not glossy at all.  I should have put that as a PRO in my review.

Of course it does..... and a display port cord as well. I was a little weary buying this monitor because it's not really bigger than my old Samsung 226BW, however the extra real estate you pick up on the width makes it an amazing experience. Good for movies, games and in my case, graphic design. This allows me to have all of my panels open in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

How is it for gaming?

Well it depends; casual gaming it does the job (but what monitor doesn't) - If you are a gaming enthusiast and want the best like most enthusiasts I'd recommend a monitor for the gaming preference. Typically for most game genres I would say 4K is pretty sweet if your rig can manage; but if you are into a more competitive scene like first person shooters, a 144hz monitor trumps 4K.
If you don't have the rig for 4K or 144hz (or the $$$$) this monitor is a nice cost-efficient display.
