Pros: really deep colors and ips panel somewhat a great monitor for the price 23 inches excellent for gaming.

Cons: hard to adjust the tilt angle the 1st time.

Pros: Good response time, simple settings, decent quality, low power consumption

Cons: Burn in, flickering screen ( extremely noticeable ), monitor burn in with relatively short time left on (max 3 hours~)

After less than a year it has broken in this way, I'm very upset about this considering I baby all of my monitors ( turn off when not using etc) - I believe that this is a manufacturer issue and I think it should be replaced.

Pros: Simple setup (true for all screens)
Reader mode(s) are great for a person like me that spends most of my time in Word or Excel.
Sharp and colorful screen

Cons: The stand works fine, but the display is a little wobbly. A wobbly desk plus a wobbly screen is a lot of wobbly.
No height adjustment
Very low screen height.

Pros: I got it for about $130, so it was a fantastic price for a 5ms, IPS monitor that looks amazing (when it doesn't have back light bleeding)

Cons: Back light bleeding. I ordered two of these monitors. One had significant back light bleeding on the right side. On one of them the bleeding goes 2-3 inches on the entire right side of the screen. On the other panel, there is some back light bleeding on the top right corner that extends out 2.5 inches. The panels have minor bleeding around the edges.

[Update] Replaced the worst one and received one with significant back light bleeding coupled with dead pixels. Got another replacement and this one is perfect.

Didn't bother replacing the second one due to the hassle.

Other Thoughts: Did not come with HDMI cable, only VGA.
Only has HDMI and VGA ports.

Pros: Ordered two while on sale. They both appear identical, no quality issues so far. They work well for gaming or work via HDMI or DSUB. That's all the ports you get! These monitors do have on-board audio they just lack speakers. Connect via HDMI and connect a set of speakers/headphones into the back of the monitor and there you have it audio. Which works fine for me as I have a spare set of speakers available. However don't be in any doubt that the on-board audio (or your computers on-board audio) is any match for a half decent dedicated sound card!

Cons: As many others have stated.. the base attachment is rather flimsy and the monitor does wobble around quite a bit when using any of the buttons. I would advise when putting it together to ensure there's a click when each piece comes together. Seems easy to just slot it without the click then the monitor is highly unstable.everything is snapped together with some firm (not rough) pressure. However those of you planning to use an alternative mounting system won't have these issues. There are only two ways to connect to your PC DSUB and HDMI works for me and for most recent PC's.

Other Thoughts: If your in the market for a low cost, good quality 1080p monitor from a brand name company. You really can't go wrong with these. If the mounting system annoys you enough you can purchase a universal mount. Then again that begs the question.. should you spend more and get a monitor of equal quality or better that already has a decent base attachment in the box for a few $ more?

Pros: Nice big picture, no glare screen, HDMI In, price was right.

Cons: Monitor shuts off when computer goes to sleep. This is just stupid.
Won't work with short ( 1/2 meter or 1 foot) HDMI cable with Brix computer mounted on back.
Cable(s) work with this computer and another HDMI TV.
LG says it's the cables.
Works fine with a 5 foot really cheap cable, but then there's 5 feet of cable to deal with.
So not really a deal breaker, but very annoying.

Other Thoughts: Usable, but not convenient.
Would not recommend unless the cons are pros for you.
Will be very shy of LG monitors in the future.

Pros: Good color, contrast, and black levels (better than my vs248hp), no backlight bleed, no input lag issues, not ghosting issues, plenty of settings for all your needs, thin, lightweight, matte, low flicker which I assume is because it's non pwm like other lg flicker safe models, power led is not bright and turns off after a few seconds but there is a setting to keep it on like other monitors, reader modes which are easy to change to, colorblind modes which is not seen often but I don't use, cheap got it for $100

Cons: Typical cheap ips glow, about 20% of the right edge gets darker/blueish but only noticeable on light colors so when browsing, too bright in a low lit room I have it set to 0 brightness and it's still brighter than my other monitors, no hdmi cable, why is a digital connection not standard at this age? The plugs on the back push in when plugging stuff in, stand snaps in, bad cheap designing here but I don't have wobbling issues with my sturdy metal or hardwood desks, but it is easy to rock because the snap in stand. I understand people want thin monitors but the ac adapter is so small it could have easily been added without adding thickness since the middle part sticks out more, this just makes it harder to replace when it goes bad. 1 year warranty while most others are 3, this is a sign of poor quality components and/or no trust in reliability of their product. The backlight goes off when the screen goes black like when in game switching levels, loading, alt tabbing, and watching vids. This does add a fraction of a second of the screen being off.

Updated: I switched hdmi cable and am now getting the standby issue mentioned by someone else. When the screen goes off for the monitor going off in windows, the screen goes off and I have to press the power button. To "fix" this, I have changed the option for the monitor to never turn off as it already goes off for the black screen for the screensaver.

Other Thoughts: Bezel is roughly 9/16 inch (1.5cm) including the little bezel in towards the panel which is about normal. Ac adapter plugs in 90 degrees on the back but video outputs go straight back. It's not a con but makes cable management a bit awkward. If you have nvidia, you do need to change the color output to rgb full. Some reason they default to limited on hdmi on any monitor/tv. Rgb full is prefered over YCbCr444. Someone mentioned ghosting issues, you need to change response time which is the overdrive. High was getting inverse ghosting, off was ghosting and low was getting a little. Middle was still a little inverse on lighter colors on the ufo test but was not noticeable in games

Pros: The HD quality is great perfect for all of my gaming needs. I have only one at the moment but play to get a second in the future.

Cons: There is no audio built in.
Power button is is a tad hard to press.

Pros: I chose the "in 3 days express" when I paid it , and i just got it on next day!
The screen is look nice. You can change color of screen for gaming mode, movie mode, reading mode, and ...

Cons: I cannot find the speaker on it.
But it's ok, i have bought two very good gaming speakers.

Other Thoughts: No others.

Pros: Measured Input Lag with my Leo Bodnar Lagtester gives me 9.3ms. Great gaming performance and speed. I am using this for dedicated xbox one gaming and halo. Base is very stable, but does take up roughly 8 to 9 inches in depth.

Cons: Options are somewhat limited in terms of calibration adjustments.
VGA and HDMI only. Frame is just shy of a dimes width.

Other Thoughts: Bought during deal and paid $99. Worth every penny.
