Pros: Monitor is sharp, excellent in desktop, cad, and video use. Little to no light bleed. Extreme width and 34" size will take up a lot of room on a desk. You won't use two side by side. I'm coming from two 24" monitors and enjoy this with no center black divider. My normal input is via displayport at 59Hz, but HDMI reports it's working at 50 Hz. I expected that to be limited to 24Hz. Speakers are acceptable but I don't drive them hard. You'll rarely run a program at full screen, except for videos. Icon size and windows. features are useable without adjustment, they are not too small. Base is sturdy.

Cons: Size, it's big.

Other Thoughts: I'll take this over a small 4K screen. And my laptop even runs it at 3440x1440 on HDMI.

Pros: Elegant design.

Cons: Light bleed & severe vertical shearing after a few days of use.

Other Thoughts: Just glad this failed within the return time frame; if it would've went out further down the road, LG support would've been hell...
