Pros: -Good prize for the size
-Image on screen is pretty clear and looks good

Cons: -Touchscreen controls are horrendous. Often they freeze up. This is a pain if you switch inputs often like I do. It requires you to unplug your monitor. My touchscreen's completely given out now so I don't have access to my monitor's settings or input switching options anymore.
-Viewing angle is pretty bad, even for an LCD.

Other Thoughts: You can find a better monitor for a similar price these days. Look elsewhere.

Pros: Awesome all the way around

Cons: I couldn't afford 2 of em when I bought it.

Pros: zero ghosting, 24 inches

Cons: bad color shifting in small changes of hue, some backlight bleed

Pros: Great monitor amazing colors vs two of my other 24" Dell monitors and a bigger screen vs the others they are more widescreen... no dead pixels yet

Cons: Pretty heavy a very thick build to it but not really a con i like it

Pros: 1920x1200 Resolution is awesome. TONs of desktop space.
Color is great right out of the box
Monitor has a Rapid response time setting of 2ms
PIP mode is handy

Cons: Sound output is only for proprietary sound bar. It would be nice to output sound from HDMI source to other speakers.

Other Thoughts: I would prefer a Matte screen surface which has lower glare, however almost all new displays are glossy so there's not much choice there.

Pros: Big monitor with multiple port support.

Cons: There is severe light leakage from all four edges of the panel. The color balance is very off on initial settings. The monitor's maximum brightness is absurdly high. So is the contrast. After calibration, it's much better but the light leakage is pretty bad especially with black screens.

Pros: Price is outstanding. 1920x1200. The touchscreen controls are better than buttons. HDMI input, cool, I hope someday to put that to use.

Cons: I wish it had a bit more vertical viewing angle. As I look at it, at the top of the display, colors are a little darker than at the center or the bottom. This doesn't affect usability much

A glossy display only means any light in the background is reflected; same for a glossy bevel.

Other Thoughts: I had a 1600x1200 monitor, and I couldn't stomach giving up 150 vertical pixels, so I decided to buy this. I don't regret it -- I like this monitor a lot. It's worth the awesome price.

Pros: Very nice size screen.
Very vibrant colors.
1920x1200/16:10.
Seems like good build quality.

Cons: Some Backlight bleed which seems to be getting more noticeable after each week passes but nothing unexpected since researching the monitor shows this.

Other Thoughts: It seems like a very good monitor for the price I paid. The Backlight bleed is not a very big issue to me but makes me wonder if it might hinder with its life span.

Pros: Excellent color reproduction after calibration. Previous reviewer most likely has no idea what a properly calibrated monitor or TV looks like. They are warmer than what we a normally used to.

Cons: The brushed metal bezel is literally peeling off the front. I think this was due to moisture exposure when shipping. Gateway doesn't seal the box entirely, and you could see where moisture had affected the box. At any rate, I'm removing the bezel anyway. I don't like how it looks. So, I suppose I win, anyway.

Other Thoughts: Couldn't really pass it up for the price. Newegg delivered in 2 days, gotta love that.

Pros: Paid $180.00 out the door for a 24" 1920x1200 resolution monitor. Ignore any bad reviews. They couldn't be more inaccurate. The menu system works good and 0 dead pixels.

Cons: It's a TN Panel but for the price it can't be beat.
