Pros: Large, gorgeous monitor. Actually 23.25" viewable. Very bright. 3 year warranty! Can't find many products with a 3 year warranty now a days.

Cons: Strange, diagonal base 7" x 7"

Other Thoughts: Had to turn the brightness down. May need to turn it down some more too.

Pros: Great color, brightness and shipping speed. I use it heavily for gaming and software development but it's just a great monitor. No bad pixles or anything like that. The reviews I read complained about a flimsy base, but the base does not seem to be an issue. If I had enough space I would buy another.

Cons: The base that was mentioned in the description was adjustable, but the one that came on the monitor was not. Nothing a small phone book couldn't solve though. lol

Other Thoughts: Great monitor, get one and be happy.

Cons: started making a loud buzzing noise after a couple of months, it hasn't died yet but it doesn't sound good

Pros: This monitor is extremely bright from the LED backlight which makes the colors jump off the screen. I have always trusted Viewsonic with my display choices and they have not let me down thus far. Another great product from Viewsonic!..

Cons: no HDMI

Other Thoughts: I am a gamer and expect a lot from my equipment as far as functionality. This monitor has operated without fault from day one and has displayed smooth and consistent imagery no matter the game or application I am using. Would recommend this equipment to anyone wanting a great monitor from a great company at a decent price.

Pros: Cheap for how amazing it is.

Cons: Very flimsy base. I've had this monitor for about a week and I'm almost convinced that I need to completely replace the base. It hasn't tipped over or anything, I'm just incredibly paranoid that it will eventually.

Pros: Great brightness, low power consumption, no dead pixels, no problems.

Cons: No adjustable stand, hate the side mounted buttons.

Other Thoughts: I've had 2 of these monitors for 15 months, and I use them for 8 hours per day Monday through Friday. Not a single issue with them the entire time I've had them. I wish all monitors could be this great. They are so awesome, I'm considering buying one for my home as well. Because these monitors are my left two monitors of 3 total, the buttons being on the right side are blocked by other monitors. Therefore if I want to change anything, which is pretty much never, I have to move the monitor to get to the buttons.

Cons: Small base - If you have a wobbly desk a large monitor like this can tip over.. but this is a design flaw with all companies that I have seen.

Other Thoughts: My con comment does not take away from this monitor, its just my opinion. Monitor sits an a desk and is sturdy, I just don't care for the orientation of the stand. It has a great picture, had to adjust the brightness DOWN, cant believe the difference between my 2 yr old LCD and this new LED... wow.

Pros: This is an awesome monitor. I now have two monitors, both ViewSonics. My first VS is a 2433VX, a LCD monitor. Sitting side by side, I am astounded by the clarity and sharpeness of the LED over the LCD. So much so, I will by another 2448M. I have used ViewSonic monitors exclusively at home for 10 years now. Compared to those I use at my work, I am satisfied with staying with ViewSonic. In my opinion, these are the best monitors on the market.

Other Thoughts: For the price, quality, and usability, you cannot go wrong with purchasing this monitor or another ViewSonic product.
