5 out of 5 eggsREAL NICE

Pros: Looks good and the color are vivid. 22'' is real nice, went from a 17'' to this. Speakers are decent for normal listening.

Cons: Had 2 dead pixals, a little dot. But it's no big deal.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Buy

Pros: I bought this because of the no Pixel warranty. When i received it I had a Green pixel lit up in the upper left quadrant of the screen. I contacted the company and they replied with an immediate RMA number and because it was in the first 30 days after buying they offered free shipping both ways. The Pixel went away. It occasionally shows when I first start up but goes away in the first half hour. I decided to keep the monitor as is. I still have another five months to change my mind. Gorgeous movies in this size. I don't understand what the problem is with the so called bleeding, I have seen it on totally black screens, But I never see any effect during normal operation.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Buy it

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: After owning a ViewEra 19" lcd for a couple of years I upgrade to this 22" widescreen, as always, works perfect with no dead pixels.

Cons: You don't have it or you wouldn't be reading this

Other Thoughts: hahahaha...duh! I love this thing

5 out of 5 eggsFirst Impressions

Pros: The unit arrived well packed, setup was easy enough once I discovered that you just pull the back cover off the monitor to install the cables.
The relatively sturdy metal base is adjustable for viewing angle,
The display seems to me to be VERY crisp and clear. Brightness and contrast are sufficient for working in a room with lots of direct light.
there does not seem to be any ghosting or shadowing on fairly rapidly changing displays

Cons: the instructions could be a LOT better particularly in regard to removing the back cover to make the cable connections.
It takes the display a few seconds to stabilize when it is first powered up from sleep mode

Personally, I would have preferred the buttons on the front of the monitor rather than along the bottom edge.

Other Thoughts: the dimensions given are for the package size, NOT the monitor itself.
for the tech minded,,,
overall dimensions
16 in high 20.375 wide
depth of footprint is 9.5 inches.

viewable area is
11.66 high 18.65 wide

not bad for half the price of a nice 24 inch monitor

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Choice!

Pros: After seeing so many other LCD reviews complaining about dead/stuck pixels, the 0 dead pixel guarantee was the clicher, and I am SO glad I chose it! Strong METAL base held with 3 screws. Contrary to reports, it IS hight adjustable, there are two screws, one on each of the big hinges, clockwise is up, counter is down. Comes with DVI, VGA, and Audio cables. Worked Flawlessly out of the box, Just plugged in and was off and running! Great color. No ghosting in HL2. (22" is a HUGE difference) {G}

Cons: VERY, VERY minor light bleeding at the top and bottom. I wouldn't have noticed except that I was in a totally dark room and on a screen that was supposed to be pitch black. Even then it was fine. (Just had to put *something* in the Cons section [lol])

Other Thoughts: Don't know about the speakers. I have a 5.1 system, so I never connected them.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat so far!

Pros: Arrived well packed, no dead or stuck pixels as per guarantee. Picture is fantastic, plenty bright for all my uses.(Actually had to lower it a bit) After a bit of calibration the colors were great. Zero ghosting while playing any of my FPS or RTS games. I am using the DVI connection. (Comes with the cable too!)

Cons: Docked it one Egg because there is some minor light bleed on the sides. Nothing all that noticeable though, most users won't see it. Only other thing is lack of height adjustment, but I knew about that going into the purchase, just would have been nice. Documentation could have been better.

Other Thoughts: Installing the cables into the back of the monitor requires removal of a cover plate on the back. This is mentioned in the manual but no instructions on how to do so. The DVI cable included is rather cheap, but at least they included one. I would suggest picking one up if this concerns you. Overall, I would highly suggest this monitor to anyone on a budget and doesn't need anything too fancy. 4/5 Eggs. Oh, and UPS is terrible - they just left this on my porch without even knocking.
