I Don't Get The Rave Reviews
Pros: usb powered.
Cons: purchased this monitor to pair with my all-in-one hp z1 because i liked the idea of a single usb connection, which would compliment my z1's single power connection (so nice not having a jungle of wires surrounding my pc). however, although the usb connection is nice, it doesn't come close to making up for the flimsy/cheap appearance of the aoc monitor nor the lack of brightness, color saturation, and overall quality - $180 shipped for this cheap piece of plastic is crazy, i'll be replacing it with a quality 22" outlet-powered monitor for less money. i guess this might suffice for those looking for a portable option to pair with their laptops, especially given it may not look as lacking sitting next to a typical laptop display, but considering its highly reflective display surface i'm not sure how great it would be even for this use. anyway, i found it to be a cheap piece of equipment.

Not bad at all
Pros: USB driven monitor, high res, light weight
Cons: Uses 2 USB slots, somewhat dim
Other Thoughts: Works as stated, a monitor that is 100% USB (both power and video). It can use 2 USB slots to power the monitor though, so keep that in mind, plus with the USB cord supplied, they have to be very close. Luckily mine works the same with one or two USB connection. Also, this is USB only, you cannot connect this monitor any other way (no HDMI, no D-Sub, etc.).
