4 out of 5 eggsDecent Monitor

Pros: Great Value
Wide range of input options
DP chainable
Wide viewing angle
Small side bezel

Cons: The menu structure takes some getting used to. Had to turn off and back on when a setting caused it to zoom in on a strange section of the display, strange 13mm gap around sides before you get to the bezel

Other Thoughts: Overall I would call this a great deal, while the menu takes some getting used to it provides a very wide viewing angle the small bezel was nice until we turned it on to find there was a gap in the surface of the screen (it was built this way) so if you wanted to multi-screen game it would have a fairly wide gap. I'm working on a new system for myself and might just pick one up as the FOV for games is awesome

5 out of 5 eggsA Great looking monitor

Pros: Bright screen and no dead pixels. Nice matted screen with no glare in bright light. Movies look great . I got the all black version which looks cool. Lots of connections to.
Great viewing angles.
3 year warranty.
A IPS panel

Cons: No Dual Link DVI cable, just a HDMI cable . No MHL cable either. No DP cable either. A real bummer.

Other Thoughts: A really nice and sharp looking screen. It makes you feel more immersive in games. My first impression was wow. I really couldn't find anything wrong with it. Aside from not having the cables it should have had, it great monitor. My first from AOC. I did a lot of research and it was the video that new egg showed that sold me. My only complaint was I didn't get the cables that the video shows.

2 out of 5 eggsCould have been nice...

Pros: Very Wide
TONS of ports
Sturdy construction; doesn't feel like the cat is going to knock it over.
Comes with plenty of cables, even HDMI

Cons: Deceptively short; shorter than a 27" which might catch some off guard.
Ports are placed poorly / backwards. All the normal ones on off on the right side while the more exotic are nicely concealed in the back.
No DVI cable... very odd but since every other monitor comes with that I can just use the one from my old monitor. Hey, at least I have an extra HDMI cable though...
50+ dead pixels

Other Thoughts: Picture seemed clear but couldn't get native resolution to work. Windows was set to one resolution but the monitor was saying it was getting another so text was blurred and tons of fun. This was probably something relatively easy to fix but since there was a large cluster of about 50 dead pixels smack dab in the center of the screen I didn't bother troubleshooting and began RMA.

Would have been zero eggs but for two reason:

Shipping: I don't know how they do it, but my 4-7 day shipping arrived in less than 24 hours after I placed my order.. that's amazing.
Customer service: The folks at Newegg were quite helpful and got my RMA with pre-paid shipping lable with no hassles. After the huge disappointment of getting my awesome new toy in lightning fast delivery it was comforting to not get hassled by RMA people.

Took a risk going with AOC and got burned bad on my first purchase. Probably going to stick with something more reliable like Asus or Samsung.

3 out of 5 eggsGood Monitor, Poor Connection

Pros: Nice Picture, Large screen.

Cons: The Display port connection to the monitor is really shoddy. It takes barely a tap, and the display port connection drops, causing my dual screen set up to shift all around. It could definitely be done better.

5 out of 5 eggsBest monitor I ever owned

Pros: contrast and brightness
no glare, even in sun
panel is flawless, no burnt/stuck pixels
21:9 offers a new way to work/play
overclockable to 72hz w/ no frame skipping
stand looks cool if not flexible

Cons: why are the most common connections on the side of the stand?
most common connections should be on the bottom to hide the cable....i now have a display port cable routing to the side, and it looks like a@@. if they just swapped the hdmi with the dp, it would be perfect.

Other Thoughts: for any type of gaming that supports 21x9, you owe it to yourself to try this monitor. at first you may think its not tall enough, but after 5 min with it you will change your ways.

5 out of 5 eggsJust beautiful

Pros: wow... Just wow. the size, Picture, and "crispness" of this monitor is amazing. Movies look spectacular. BF4 is like a whole new game. Almost everything i played took a moment too adjust to the massive scale everything was now on. but after i noticed games seemed sooooo much more immersive. Games like borderlands 2 and LoL seem like a whole new world. also batman AC is just a whole new romance.

also i got the all black version, no silver trim. which is still awesome. this uses the same panel as the $700 LG so i feel the difference in image would bee very minor.

Its just an amazing monitor. I run it with a single GTX 780 but when i first got it i was using one 760 and it was still able to handle the massive scale of things.

Multi tasking on this thing is easy and sooooo helpful.

Cons: Speakers are horrible, But who doesn't use other speakers or headphones anyway?

4 out of 5 eggsGood for Gaming

Pros: - Excellent picture
- Great FoV for gaming
- Looks great, with plenty of input options
- 3 year warranty
- Surfing the net is nice, being able to run two windows simultaneously.

Cons: - I keep missing the real estate along the top, compared to a 27" monitor.
- Even with the matte finish, it still has minor issues in a bright room.
- If you are too close, the sides get a little blurry. (my desk is small, depth-wise, so I'm a little closer than I'd like)

Other Thoughts: This monitor is awesome for MMO's. I haven't tried a shooter with it, but in games like Guild Wars 2 and WoW, It's excellent looking, without any noticeable input lag.

I may still return it, and get one of the Korean 27" 1440P monitors. The only thing that concerns me about that, is the warranty and service options (can buy a Square Trade warranty, however).

5 out of 5 eggsgood monitor

Pros: good colors, great in games but depends on game support, some games require manual software tweaking to adjust to correct aspect ratio, using two browsers side by side helps multitasking, awesome for movies, few youtube videos do fill screen completely by using aspect ratio 21:9 and it looks great

Cons: monitor itself(not screen) doesn't seem to use quality good looking materials but at this price range don't expect it to look like an elegant thousand bucks cinema tv

Other Thoughts: had to RMA had small area of around 7 dead pixels,, more like destroyed pixels, black in color, called NEWEGG they were helpful, process was smooth everything is fine

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great Resolution- 2560x1080
Great from gaming, without needing much more vram than a 1920x1080 monitor
Cool features, split screen for up to 4 different sources

Cons: -Plastic strip on the bottom feels really cheap, I don't know why its a different material than the rest...

-Back is angled so while wallmounted there is no tilt feature, no way to lock it in to the screen.... but could also be a plus since because of that it is always at a perfect 90 degree

-Speakers located on the back aimed sideways so blocks alot of the sound....but most people don't use monitor speakers anyway

Still 5 stars, great monitor
