e2752She Attractive Slim and User-Friendly Design
The e2752She is designed with a glossy black bezel and base. The monitor is able to display 16.7 million colors and offers a 2ms response time that provides crisp, clear images even in fast action sequences while gaming or watching action films. The ultra-high dynamic contrast ratio of 20,000,000:1 reveals more depth and detail in darker scenes, with an audio port for plugging in 35mm earphone jack or your audio speakers. The versatile monitor is VESA 100mm wall mount compliant, meaning it can be used on a desktop or conveniently mounted on the wall to save space. The monitor's slim and streamlined appearance is complemented by its ergonomic, user-friendly design.

Features You Will Appreciate
The monitor settings can be adjusted via the on-screen menu system, which is available in 14 languages including English, French and Spanish. The iMenu option also allows the user to change settings using only the keyboard and mouse, so that it is not necessary to reach up to the screen to adjust contrast, brightness and other preset modes. Other bonus features include embedded Screen+ software that divides the screen into four self-contained work areas for improved productivity, and an Off Timer that sets an alarm clock to turn off the monitor automatically. The e2752She comes with VGA and two HDMI with HDCP for easy connectivity and features easily accessible digital and power connections that are rear-facing for direct insertion, a placement that is much more convenient than the more common downward-pointing ports.

A Monitor That is Eco-Friendly
Along with delivering strong performance, image quality and bonus features, the ENERGY STAR compliant e2752She also reduces energy costs and environmental impact. The display's LED backlight is completely free of toxic Mercury, and the monitor also includes an eSaver feature that lets the user preset power conservation modes for the display when the PC is not in use. The monitor's Power Saving Mode uses 50% less power, and Standby Mode uses only 0.1W.

3 out of 5 eggsWashed out

Pros: Cheap - Nice large monitor which was on sale and I got it hoping the bad reviews were just exaggerated or that I might get lucky.

Cons: Monitor is indeed washed out as others have indicated - too bright. I have a really nice NVidia graphics card but even with that I have to adjust the color EVERY time I boot up. Once the adjustment takes place it looks fine but often when exiting certain games it reverts.

Other Thoughts: If I had it to do over again - I'd save my money for a better monitor. I may still replace it.

2 out of 5 eggspoor build, lousy text, bottom bin quality

Pros: inexpensive, good enough for occasional use, hasn't broken yet at 10 months in

Cons: Seems more like a cheap tv than a monitor. This is one of the worst monitors I have ever had to use. Would not buy.

Other Thoughts: My boss probably thought that a single one of these monitors was a premium option vs the office standard of two 24" monitors. Unfortunately this seems to be a far worse choice than a single 22" acer. The resolution is no better than a standard 21-24" monitor. Pixels are larger than normal and draw text poorly at all but very large font size. It really needs to be placed further away than the depth of a typical cubical desk, like in the corner of an L desk. It only looks acceptable when sitting uncomfortably far from my desk. There also appears to be a lot of noise on the video signal (all of them). As this is mostly for text I haven't spent the time to get color, brightness, and contrast set correctly. Granted I have tried a few times. The included software didn't appear to be compatible with win7 x64, but drivers seem fine. I did try the software on a different laptop that was win7 32 and appeared fine - Image quality did not improve. I ended up getting a better versa base for it as the height and adjustment are poor (still wobbles within plastic bezel). The size and loose bezel makes for much worse than typical wobble. Can't wait for this thing to fail so I can replace it for just about _anything_ else. This really feels like a gotcha product. Good example of something that shouldn't be bought unseen.

1 out of 5 eggsPoor Vlaue

Pros: Good price

Cons: The monitor does not work to split the screen as claimed. The i-menu software dos not work properly; it just keep saying it is running. The buttons are hard to press.

Other Thoughts: A good price but poor value. It is complicated and difficult to use, even when it works properly.

3 out of 5 eggsBig but colors washed out

Pros: Cost vs size and functionality are all good.

Cons: The color quality is washed out looking. I have tried many different settings to improve it but sadly the best I can make it is a washed out looking display. I goes from kinda washed out to really bad, that is the range no matter what I try. I have a 23" Acer monitor that this was replacing and it has beautiful color when compared. I was in the middle of a move when I bought it and didn't get a chance to hook it up until more than 30 days after I bought it. Never had a problem on newegg with a monitor before so I thought it would be safe.

Other Thoughts: Open up the monitor and test it out immediately after purchase. If you get a good one then this is a good deal. I will be giving this to charity as a tax write off, wouldn't feel good even selling it to anyone second hand. Also, the monitor was shipped in it's own thin little box with no other protection, the box was crunched a little and I wonder if that contributed to this being an under performer. Newegg usually packages stuff better.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: Everything, after reading some bad reviews, I still couldn't pass up this great deal! I had 0 issues with brightness the stand or the buttons. Everything looked great right out of the box! 10/10 would recommend to any gamer looking for a perfect monitor. All my games look amazing.

Cons: I do dislike a glossy bezel because they attract a lot of dust, but that's something I can live with.

Other Thoughts: Buy this when its on sale!

2 out of 5 eggsStopped working shortly after warranty

Pros: Looked great, for a little less than a year.

Cons: Tried returning it, they wanted me to pay for shipping and wait at least a month.

Other Thoughts: I know now not to buy based on price alone. Customer service was a joke, also.

3 out of 5 eggsNo such thing as black

Pros: This is a large monitor at a good price. The cheapest 27" monitor I could find at the time (it was on sale). No dead pixels. Display stand tilts. I noticed no edge bleed, smudges or other distractions of this type.

Cons: The on screen control buttons are very hard to push, and are poorly placed. The Input button should not have been placed between the Plus/Minus and Menu button. You have to skip over it each move you make.

The provided Screen+ software will not run (Windows 7 64-bit). The I-Menu software runs, but I have to disconnect my other monitors so it detects the correct monitor.

My biggest complaint is that after spending a couple hours using several methods of tweaking (Nvidia Control panel, I-Menu, manual button pushing) I could not coax this monitor to make black look black. It is always dark gray and therefore even with the brightness set very low, the image gives a washed out appearance, as if there simply is not enough contrast. And no, adjusting the contrast does not make it better, it just makes it look different and still wrong.

Other Thoughts: I regret this purchase. I should have spent another 20 bucks and purchased my usual favorite brand of monitor.

3 out of 5 eggspower cable is loose

Pros: This monitor when it works is great
high quality

Cons: however, my main problem is that the power cable is very fidgety, sometimes if I even bump my desk the loose cable will become dislodged and can be incredibly frustrating to re-position to make the screen turn back on, especially because for some reason the monitor will only turn on if the power cable is awkwardly half-plugged in, when it is fully plugged in it still will not connect.

Other Thoughts: I also have a 21" monitor from aoc, this monitor displays a similar problem except for instead of the power cable this happens to the video, if I bump my desk my main monitor will turn off, and my other monitor will lose all reds on the screen, maybe I just got very unlucky twice in a row?
