3 out of 5 eggsGood monitor but very bad viewing angle.

Pros: The screen looks great doesn't have a issue with anything that looks off or odd colorization.
There is also zero issues with dead pixels not one!

Cons: The viewing angle STINKS, the screen cannot be seen when viewing is straight on, to look at it right it has to look down or up to the screen to see every part of it easily.

The button are in the weirdest places, having them on he bottom isn't bad, but the fact of how far spaced they are it's hard to tell which one is which.

Other Thoughts: The screen would be perfect if you were upgrading from a old monitor because the good out weigh the bad, but if you have a good screen keep it and buy another one then this.

The entire viewing angle, and button issue can be fixed by having it on a mount that allows you to raise it up.

The stand just is way to short even makes it hard to put the DVI-D, or VGA plug in.

2 out of 5 eggsMore problems

Pros: It's a monitor.

Cons: Stick pixels. This is the second defective monitor in a row.

Other Thoughts: Just got my replacement (see review above) -- this one has a cluster of stuck pixels, so that makes two AOC monitors with problems. I'm starting to think this is a brand to avoid.

3 out of 5 eggsGood but flawed

Pros: Inexpensive for such a big monitor, good picture.

Cons: Defective out of the box.

Other Thoughts: Bought it based on price, and because the contrast did seem better than on a comparable Acer monitor. Plugged it in and found a bright spot behind the screen (only visible on light or white windows). Got an RMA right away, and before packing it up, found a second bright spot starting. Let's hope the replacement works better!

2 out of 5 eggsWish I spent a little more on a more expensive monitor

Pros: Large cheapish monitor

Cons: All graphics of windows and mac look fuzzy, they're not sharp. If you're used to cheap monitors, you might not notice.

There's always a blue LED shining down on the base to tell you it's on.

Power and function buttons are extremely difficult to tell what is what.

When playing games that are very dark, I get bad light bleeding from the bottom edge.

Absolutely no ability to adjust stand

Other Thoughts: Probably acceptable for kids and office work, but if you're going to be using it constantly, spend a little more money and get a better monitor

2 out of 5 eggsMediocre monitor

Pros: -High contrast ratio
-Energy efficient
-Lots of menu options

Cons: -Poor viewing angles
-Awkward button placement
-Confusing adjustment of some settings

Other Thoughts: I just bought one of these from Staples for, oddly enough, the same price as here on NewEgg. I've been less than impressed. I suppose it's not really a bad monitor, but it has some annoying things about it that will lead me to return it tomorrow. My number one problem is the viewing angle. It's so much worse than my old ProView monitor that was made in '07. It's not just the uneven brightness that gets me (practically every LCD monitor has uneven brightness), it's that the farther off center you look on the screen, the more yellow and dingy the colors look. I mean, that happens with any LCD monitor if you view it at a severe enough angle, but with this monitor I can see the effect just being seated with my head dead center a couple of feet away from the monitor. The corners, especially the upper ones, appear noticeably more yellow than the rest of the screen at a normal viewing distance. Aside from that, it has some confusing menu options and it seemed to put some odd outlines around text on the screen (especially text with a grey background). I was able to get around the weird outlines on text by turning on a 'bright window' and setting it to fill the entire screen, but doing so made a lot of the other picture control options ineffective. So all in all, I'm not very satisfied with this monitor. I can see how some people might be willing to put up with it, but I suppose I'm just a little too OCD to deal with it and would rather try to squeeze a little more life out of my aging ProView than deal with this monitor for more than a day. Back to Staples it shall go!

2 out of 5 eggsWeird

Pros: Monitor is decent. I've typically ordered AOC E2460S and this is the newer version of what I usually order.

Cons: ALL of the settings are in CHINESE!!! I've played around for an hour now trying to get the settings how I like but I don't know what all of the options are. I know what most of the settings are/should be but come on!

Other Thoughts: I just should have gotten the older version of this monitor....

5 out of 5 eggsPretty good

Pros: Great display, bright and vibrant colours
Works

Cons: Menu labels are black on black and hard to read
Power cord is a bit short(about 4 ft)

Other Thoughts: Other than the labels and the cord, I have no complaints. Managed to get it for $115 and it's a great monitor and definitely worth the money.

I use it for gaming, both PC gaming and console gaming and it works great.

1 out of 5 eggsPower cord design flaw?

Pros: Great price, looks nice

Cons: Power cord won't seat properly in the monitor, button labels on front black-on-black, can't read them

Other Thoughts: It appears to me the power cord socket is a design flaw, won't buy this brand again

5 out of 5 eggsGreat display for a low price

Pros: It looks pretty great so far. Packaging was good, and the base snaps together. Nice for watching 1080p videos, and gaming in 1920x1080. Does everything you'd expect a good monitor to do.

Cons: Base is all plastic, so be gentle with it. Difficult to read the buttons, and the menu controls feel odd.

Other Thoughts: Power LED placement is pretty cool. It's hidden behind the bezel and casts a blue glow on the base.
Also not a brand I would usually go with, but they've built a quality product. I'd definitely recommend it.

3 out of 5 eggs23.6

Pros: It is a good monitor. good picture, it is worth the money. being one of the cheapest " 24" " monitors.

Cons: I found this monitor to be alright. thats it. It has no HDMI hookup, which is odd. but also. It is a 23.6" screen, not 24. it even says on box when you get it. I understand .4 inches isnt much, why I'm not returning it, but atleast mark your stuff properly.
