Good, Reliable Monitor
Pros: I've had this monitor for over 5 years and it still works well. It's very reliable. It has the standard auto-standby and picture adjustments. Picture quality is crisp and even out performs one LCD TV that I own that has a max resolution of 1920x1080, which is surprising.
Cons: Max resolution is only 1440x900, so no HD. No integrated speakers; not a problem for some, including me. Max refresh rate is 60hz; again, not a problem for some. Stand can only tilt small angles, no swivel or rotate. Only one input (VGA). Just a plain monitor you saw back in the early 2000s haha
Other Thoughts: For the price, there may be others that you'd want to look at first before this one. If you'd want to go with dual monitors, or even three, I think this would work well for they're not too large (only 19", about 18.5" view diagonally).

Good monitor, bad stand
Pros: The colors seem bright and crisp, I haven't gotten any of these with dead pixels yet. Color and brightness seems uniform across the panel. They're big enough to see what you need, small enough to fit almost anywhere. HP quality. If you're going to mount one on a stand you already have, and don't need DVI, they are nice.
Cons: The stand is junk: throw it away as soon as you get it. No pivot, no swivel, no height, only tilt. And it's too short to put right on a desktop, it was designed to go on top of a desktop computer case, which our laptop users hated. No DVI, no speakers, only 1 input.
Other Thoughts: My company is now using these as the desktop standard, and the first 5 I deployed all the users wanted to swap the stands from their old monitors, and understandably so. I know they're trying to cut costs, but these tilt-only stands truly make the monitor a one-trick pony.
