Pros: Heavy-duty. Feels well-built, not light and cheap. Good range of motion.
Cons: Would have been nice for my use if it could tilt down more than it does (I swing the monitor over my recliner) but it is acceptable.
Other Thoughts: I'm using this with a 25.5" monitor which is larger than the 24" max specified but it has no problems with it. My monitor is <18 lbs which is under the 20 lb limit for the arm. Also, make sure your cables are long enough. My 6' monitor power cable is barely long enough and if I move the arm around it frequently breaks free of the plastic cable retention clips - need to have some slack in the cable. I'm getting a lighter gauge 10' power cable to solve this. Might have to use some zip-ties too.

Pros: Solid, nice cable management, feels good with a 24" LCD monitor on it. Easy to adjust arm tension to match monitor weight, moves without thumbscrews. Came with both a heavy duty clamp, as well as a "bolt to desk" base.
Cons: Could come in black or dark gray? This one is in a reeptionist area and I may be painting it soon, the silver is a nice finish, but it stands out a lot in a traditional office environment.
Other Thoughts: I've bought a lot of these over the years, this is the nicest single monitor swing-arm I have ever seen and used.

Pros: The mount is GREAT! Product quality is awesome. It is very heavy duty and gets the job done. I have a Samsung P2770HD hanging from it and it holds it fine and it is near the weight maximum. I am thinking of getting another monitor and mount to run dual's. The mount moves nice and smooth and you can adjust the tension all you want to move as easy or hard as you want.

Other Thoughts: The mount arrives nicely packaged and there is plenty of instructions.
