Pros: Quality materials and design, provides a stable stand for 3 monitors. Easy to setup once mounted to the table/desk. Monitor rotation between portrait and landscape is smooth and monitor stays in place after rotated. Horizontal and vertical tilts are almost as smooth.

Cons: Does not support three 30" monitors as described. I was able to mount a single 27" (10:6) center monitor with two 24" (10:6) monitors on the sides, but that left almost zero room for turning the side monitors towards the center. With three 24" (10:6) monitors I was finally able to angle the side monitors enough to clearly see all three monitors.

Table/desk mounting can be a pain if you have little room behind the monitor stand. Taking about the mount is easy but reassembling was difficult as I had to bend the (thankfully flimsy) cubicle wall to get the allen wrench in the screws to reassemble.

If the side monitors aren't positioned with their arms bent in the exact same way the monitors do not line up evenly. This makes using the mount in any configuration other than the center monitor being dead in front of the user extremely annoying.

Other Thoughts: I actually wanted a DS-330STA stand but those have been discontinued. A Doublesight saleperson said this mount would handle the three 30" monitors I wanted to mount, and the white paper she sent confirmed that. I'm really wishing I had purchased the DS-330STA while it was available as their best alternative can't handle the job.

I'll have to use this mount in a setup with smaller monitors that I wanted to use it with, but I'm still keeping it.
