ASUS VK246H Black 24" 2ms(GTG) HDMI Widescreen LCD Monitor 300 cd/m2 DC 1000:1 (ASCR 20000:1 ) Built-in Speakers w/ 1.3m Pixel Webcam

Pros: The Vk246H matches my current VW246H perfect and has additional webcam. Webcam has good quality and the monitor works well with HDMI, DVI and VGA.

Cons: Monitor is a little heavy but I knew this when I was buying and older model. Webcam has no microphone.

Pros: Fast response. No blur. 1080p. Bright. Alot of color and definition.

Cons: Quality of Camera but knew this going in

Other Thoughts: I bought this monitor as a center monitor for a triple monitor setup but i bought it for the webcam for skype and such. it's not a bad camera but not a great one either. But i chose this monitor because of it's stats that gamers look for. the cam was a bonus. if your not into the camera for the monitor then i dont recommend this screen. i do however recommend the VW246H monitor which is it's twin which i also purchased. both fantastic screens.

Pros: If you are looking for an above average monitor for gaming... look no further.

I decided between this and a more expensive Samsung monitor when I purchased it.

It's been over a year and a half, no dead pixels - no signs of discoloration around edges - the speakers were better than I expected (I didn't even use them the first year I owned this)

Cons: The base is cheap and sort've in the way if you're looking for an ergonomic setup - However that could be solved by mounting it on a wall or buying a 3rd party item.

Other Thoughts: Installing the LifeFrame software for the webcam was troublesome originally but that's been fixed since I purchased.

Pros: Bueatiful picture
Install was easy

Cons: Camera is not so good but it will pass for a good skype

Pros: Bought this iin 2009, it's on 10+ hours every day. Works great, never gives me a problem, Easy install.

Cons: Software for Cam not compatible with Windows 7 64bit. Had to use 3rd party program to use it. {No egg removed for this would have anyways.}

Pros: E-Z Set up, good resolution, perfect.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Should have gotten one sooner.

Pros: Had this display for almost 2 years now, excellent quality, no problems.

Cons: Display isn't vertically adjustable like the 22" version is, (it only tilts) however my desk is the perfect height so this doesn't bother me.

Pros: Never worked to see any "pros"

Cons: Defective out of the box.

Other Thoughts: Would have been a decent buy if it worked

Pros: Beautiful screen, built in camera. VGA, DVI, HDMI inputs in the back for any type of computer setup you have. Outstanding resolution and quality.

Cons: None

Pros: Monitor is great

Cons: Web cam has no audio in. I called the customer service and they told me that I have to have seperate mic for this monitor. Web cam without a mic!

Other Thoughts: If you just need 24" monitor you may get for much less price in the range of $179.00
