Pros: Stylish, vivid colours

Cons: The DVI connector wasn't being recognized by the monitor, we have read on different sites that this is a problem with ASUS monitors. We ended up connecting the VGA and DVI, that probably has nothing to do with anything but the monitor seems to flicker less that way.

Other Thoughts: Once you get rid of the underscan/overscan problems, this monitor looks very nice and the bezel is fancy. It shows well, but our problems with it flickering and getting no signal errors mean we would not purchase ASUS brand for monitors again (we have lots of ASUS components that I would highly recommend, hovwever!). This was a refurbished unit.

Pros: Sits low, right on desk or table. Purchased 3x of these from Newegg well over one year ago (219. ea.) and they have been reliable, no issues whatsoever. Nice price now and if you like the looks make the buy and be happy. If you want a traditional looking monitor look elsewhere. At $150 tis a good deal.

Cons: Not the best choice for Eyefinity unless you are either extremely height challenged or make up your own mounts to elevate these monitors. They do sit low on your desk/table.
