Cons: They come packed in styrofoam, not a con just hard to dispose of. Other Thoughts: I have installed about 14 of these in dual monitor configurations in our office. No problems. I purchased two of this to setup dual monitor. It is not bulky and fits on my desk. Considering there is not many options for 19" monitor, this one is the outstanding in terms of price and function. This is my new go to. Full function, looks great, and havent had a single issue with dead pixels or DOA yet. Cons: A little pricey, considering I could have gotten a 22" monitor for $10 more - but when you need a 19", this is the best option I could find Other Thoughts: I just don't understand why you either need to spend $250 on a monitor, or get a 22" or larger to get height adjustment anymore. Easy set up, looks great. Swivel and tilt is wonderful. I like it, wish I didn't have to send it back. Cons: Doesn't go down as low I thought it did. I'm returning this product and getting one that has more down range. I have to tilt my head back to see it out the bottom of my glasses. But there is no other con. It is a nice monitor. Other Thoughts: Oh and the speakers are not loud at all, but I purchased it for voice tracking purposes and do not use the speakers on the monitor. Did you find this review helpful? Cons: None, since everything works as advertised. Other Thoughts: My only disappointment with this monitor's pixel density is not as high as my 27" ASUS' .233mm...such is the life of matching different sized monitors.
