Pros: I bought this for my little brothers birthday PC build. This monitor has very vibrant colors, with no dead pixels, and no back light bleed. I literally couldn't find ANY bleed on this.

Cons: NONE.

Other Thoughts: Great job ASUS, solid product.

Pros: Nice picture, matte finish, no glare, high resolution, feature packed, easy assembly

Cons: No height adjustment, buttons not conveniently placed

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this monitor to someone on a budget that didn't need the greatest picture quality. I use it mainly for watching movies and web surfing on a Mac Mini.

Pros: Vivid colors.
Thin frame.
Can tell the difference with 5ms response.
I tested in game. Good.
YouTube PS3 1080p Good.
YouTube 4K amazing just because it's filmed higher.
The 40 inch HD TV I decided against dosent compare well.
It would have caused me grief for a PC screen.
Hopefully I can get a 40-43 inch TV for theatre with a picture like this. 4K at that size?
IPS helps.

Cons: Speakers OK for backup, but why?
An audio out by minijack just in case.
I thought I could do this while testing connected to my old PS3 to PC speakers.
I new it had speakers but no matter to me 1.5 Watts lol

Pros: Really looks great - I took it out of the box and the monitor it self looks beautiful without even being turned on

5ms - works good for me, eventually will be buying a higher end monitor but I don't have 400$ to buy top of the line 1ms, 144 Hz, 1440p, IPS. Even for gaming its perfectly fine especially for the price.

Cons: Built in speakers - are ok, I have to put everything on 100 volume and I can hear well, some videos are quite and more difficult and I wish I could get more volume ( obviously it depends on how the video was recorded ) I use headset while gaming so non issue there. Also, just buying external speakers would solve the minor issue.

The thin bezel- honestly the plastic part is super thin and looks great however, the pixels don't go to the edge of the plastic it stops at about the standard bezel width so the thin bezel doesn't really matter if that makes sense.

Other Thoughts: Got on sale for 120$ so defiantly worth.
I knew what I was getting for the specs when I ordered it and they are what I expected
I've been using for a month bought on Feb 5 2016 ( now its Mar 9 2016 ).

I would recommend this buy for a second monitor or if you don't have 400$ to drop on a top of the line monitor, still works for gaming

Pros: The price was great at $119.99 and being an IPS panel, light weight and the buttons are physical buttons instead of touch-sensitive. I really liked that no tools were required to attach the stand. No problem pixels on screen.

Cons: Minus one Egg because I do not like the placement of the buttons, especially the power button. They are hard to find under the bottom of the screen and are all the same shape. You have to fumble around trying to figure out which button is which. Not a fan of the on screen button descriptions but once you get the settings to your liking you will not use them much.

The side and top bezel thickness is misleading. The monitor is described as having a "slim bezel". The display surface appears to go nearly all the way to the edge, but part of the bezel actually is hidden under the apparent "screen".

The LCD panel does not extend to the edge of what looks like the display panel. I kept trying to find where in the settings I could expand the display to these edges and I could not. The edge of the image on screen to the edge of the screen is about 1/3 of an inch. This will cause a noticable black line between monitors if you are wanting to stack them together.

Other Thoughts: As mentioned in other reviews it would be nice to have a DiplayPort input, height and swivel adjustments, and a USB hub, but at this price I am happy.

Pros: the color is so good picture is so clear!

Pros: One of the best inexpensive IPS displays on the market right now, looks fantastic
Very low power requirements, won't hit your electric bill as hard as other monitors
Very small and lightweight, easy to move around
Comes with every cable you could possibly need
Game mode reduces lag to an acceptable degree

Cons: Built-in speakers are terrible, worse than most laptop speakers
Ultra slim base means vibration will easily cause the monitor to wobble while typing, even if you type lightly
Requires a solid monitor stand to raise the height and decrease the effects of vibration

Pros: -Great picture from an IPS monitor at 1080p.
-D-Sub / DVI / HDMI compatible with all cables included in the box.
-Slim design and matte finish looks great.
-Built in speakers.
-Anti-glare and blue light filtering.
-Well packaged.

Other Thoughts: I have read other reviews that complain about the back light or the sound of the speakers. The truth is that this monitor is relatively inexpensive and Asus delivers more per dollar with this monitor, in my opinion. You get an IPS panel at 1080p quality with built in speakers (not great speakers, but good enough), multiple options of connectivity with included cables, wall mounting options, and a decent screen size with the option for multi monitor set ups. You could go buy better monitors, sure, but you'll pay much more and get the specs that this monitor already has. If you compare other monitors at the same price ($120) then it is obvious that this one is at the top. I would buy this monitor again and would recommend this to a friend.

Pros: an IPS LED Monitor for $120.98 with HDMI, DVI, VGA & 3.5mm audio inputs. very good picture after tweaking for the price. many settings in the menu. Side panels are thin and probably good for a 2 monitor setup.

Cons: backlight leakage noticeable, when computer restarts and goes to all black; why 4 stars given. Speakers are on maximum barely audible, but monitor speakers; didn't expect much and no star deduction for something obvious. wishing for a remote for the menu, but again no star deduction. Bottom panel is not ideal for a 4 or more monitor setup.

Other Thoughts: I needed a monitor for my desktop and temporary replacement HDTV. I purchased for the multiple inputs and 23 inch size. As for the included speakers, not really a factor, because I connector my PC to 5.1 home theater receiver via a quality 3.5mm to 2 RCA adapter q.and stereo audio cable. I could use an optical cable, but then I couldn't play music outside from zone 2, when I bbq. I hear the monitor speakers for a moment after switching to HDMI from DVI, and before switching to DBS Digital in on my receiver. I hope to buy another one for a 2 monitor setup.
