Great monitor, nice and bright.
- Pros: Spacious screen, quite bright - had to turn it down in fact. DVI and VGA available. Cheap!
- Cons: Be careful with older computers and widescreens! Installed for a client with older dell that had Intel 82845 on-board graphics, and would not show widescreen resolutions. In the end, an Intel driver update resolved this. No eggs off - not the monitor's fault.
- Other Thoughts: Only 1440x900, I'm used to a much finer resolution as per my T60 @ 1680x1050, but nonetheless a fine, bright monitor! Personal preference I suppose. Good for those with somewhat poorer eyesight needing to see text better.
Surprise
- Pros: This picture on this monitor is great! The speakers aren't too bad, but I didn't expect 1 watt to blow me away. I'm using this for my in home business and it is wonderful. Setting 1152 x 864 and looks great.
- Cons: For the price you can't really knock this monitor, just the speakers aren't up to par.
- Other Thoughts: Got this on one those bonanza day sales...$100 delivered.
Didnt work
- Pros: Turned on, thats about it.
- Cons: Plugged it up, turned it on, wouldnt get a signal from the VGA cable, tried unhooking it and plugging it back in many times, not sure if i got a lemon or something but it just turns on and says "check connection" with an orange light. Checked the manual but it didnt help at all.
- Other Thoughts: Using Vista, but it wont get a signal at all, No prongs are broken or bent, wondering why its not working.
