Pros: No Dead Pixels Amazing Display
Cons: Speakers are a joke. Wasn't expecting them to be good anyway. No DVI Cable but that seems to be the case with any monitor you buy. The stand is a tab bit cheap feeling because it wobbles if you don't have a sturdy desk. Or maybe I just type hard..
Other Thoughts: Came with this HDMI DVI cable which I decided not to use because I couldn't get it to work and didn't really care to use it anyway. The screen can be kinda bright to some people but you can easily adjust the brightness with no problem. It didn't bother me. Just found the right monitor to use with future builds. If I run into any problems later on, I will definitely update.

Pros: +price +23" +no dead pixels +good picture quality for the price.
Cons: None yet.
Other Thoughts: Don't let the Hanns-G brand scare you off. this is a good LCD for the price. if you are on a budget this is the LCD to get.
