5 out of 5 eggsAn absolute steal at the time of purchase

Pros: - Purchased Oct 20, 2012 for 149.99
- Over 5 months and still going strong.
- Colors needed adjusting but are perfect for my gaming rig.

Cons: - Like others have said, it does give a heart-stopping wobble that first time. Not enough to knock off an egg for that though.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good monitor.

Pros: Beautiful sharp and crisp colors,no dead pixels, very good menu system for adjustments and customizing. The base on the one I just purchased, measures 7" in diameter. My desk is heavy, and sits on a carpeted floor. There is no moving this desk, even accidentally. Should I pull downward on either end, and the release it, the monitor will oscillate slightly for about 2 1/2 seconds. I never purposely do this when using my computer. I did it to see if it would wobble.

Cons: No cons at this time.

Other Thoughts: Purchased this locally for the reason of facilitating a fast return in the event it was defective or damaged during shipping. I was surprised. No defects, no damage.
I would recommend this product to my friends, the price is right, and prices do fluctuate for various reasons. I lucked out and just purchased this when the store was having a three day sale.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very slim, colors look great

Cons: When I first got it, like many others, I was concerned about the base being small/wobbly, but it hasn't been an issue for me.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: Bright and vivid, 23 inch is nice upgrade from 20 inch asus i had. It's VERY SLIM. After 6 hrs on it's barely even warm. My old ASUS would be hot enough to cook an egg on by now. SO far great monitor!

Cons: Only real con is the base is TOO SMALL, u bump the table it develops a hart stopping wobble the first time. Hasn't tipped over yet but it is unnerving to see it wobble. Lost 1 egg for that. If you have kids or a large dog that likes to hide under the puter table, you prolly will want to avoid this one...it does wobble when bumped. My old asus was rock stable. It's also not quite as bright as the ASUS 20' it replaced, but it's definitely bright enough.

Other Thoughts: My 4 y/o asus finally went boom and had to get this in a hurry. No time to wait for delivery. I am hoping it lasts as long as my Asus did. It's bright, and am sure it will do just fine, but my asus was 300 nits and this is 250 nits....50 nits makes a SLIGHT difference, but it's not major. Overall it's a sweet monitor!

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor Overall

Pros: This monitor is crisp, clear, and very bright. It reproduces colors very well and overall is an extremely good deal. Many people have commented / complained about the 'flimsy' base, but if you have it on a desk or sturdy table it does it's job well. Any heavier of a base would defeat the purpose of a lightweight monitor.

The menu options are pretty comprehensive, but it also has a set of simplified settings that allow you to change the look based on context (e.g. Game, Movie, Standard, etc).

I have not had any problems with blurring on games any more than I would expect from a 60hz LCD monitor. In fact, it does a great job transitioning between light and dark scenes.

Cons: My monitor has a very bright band of blue light on the bottom of the screen from the backlight bleeding through. It is about 1/2 an inch thick. It is not noticeable when that area is producing a color other than black, but when it is a dark scene, or I'm watching a letterboxed movie, it is very noticeable and distracting.

I read a review on another tech site that mentioned some backlight bleeding. And I have already set this monitor up for my school / gaming computer, so I may not go through the hassle of sending it back for a replacement. But the issue is distracting enough that if I thought I could go without my monitor for the length of time it takes to go through an RMA I would do so in a heartbeat.

Other Thoughts: As I've mentioned, this is a great monitor overall. I would recommend it to any of my friends and family. However I did deduct one egg point because of the backlight issue.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor! Love them.

Pros: AG Coating, SUPER thin, low power usage, great color quality. No flicker, No backlight bleed, NO SORE EYES!

Cons: Stand is flimsy. I almost gave it 4 eggs due to this. However I have owned probably 50 different LCD's and out of that only 2 or 3 had a stand any better so I am not going to dock the egg. Also the monitor is very light and thin so the stand does support it ok, though something a little more sturdy WOULD have been preferred.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these for work. I had a 27" iMac and I CAN NOT STAND Glossy. 27" is also too big for me. The combination was giving me severe headaches at work. This monitor with the nice AG coating has no reflections and 23" is perfect size for me.

5 out of 5 eggsStunning

Pros: Love the Sleek design

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Got it on 8/30
I opened this baby up as soon as i received it plugged it in and to my relief, there were ZERO pixel issues. I was completely amazed at how thin it is. Literally its as thin as an iPhone 4. All buttons are touch in the lower right, The power button lights up white but the rest do not. The menu is very easy to navigate and to use. I purchased the screen on a back to school sale for 169.99 instead of the 210. I had gone with the A$U$ 24" inch series 2 times before but the edges are thick with so much plastic the squeaks when the monitor warms up. But on here the amount of plastic is minimal and does no creak or squeak at all.

Im very happy with this monitor, but i will upgrade to a 27" 2560x1440 monitor in a couple months and i will keep this one for a side monitor.

5 out of 5 eggsExtremely Happy

Pros: Crisp Sharp Images. Very nice brightness. Good clear on/off touch button. Lights up which is nice (easy to see in the dark) Very very thin!

Cons: Not really a con but these things are so slim that I was afraid I was going to snap them in half with my fingers.

Other Thoughts: I bought 2 of these and they look awesome side by side. They are extremely thin which is nice but also a bit scary. Dell did well with these ones. Definitely would buy again
