Will this work with my late 2013 Retina MacBook Pro? If so what connector would I need?

It should work just fine, they both have HDMI ports so you should just need the HDMI cord to get it to work. It looks like they have drivers for the MAC.

New Eggs website says this has a VESA mount, but I don't see one in the pics, Does this monitor have a Vesa / wall mount? Thank You

I do not see a VESA mount wall mount and the Dell manual does not mention it so I would say it does not have one.
