Pros: when working, really great monitor. Ordered 2 from newegg over a year ago. worked fine, until one stopped being recognized on my dual monitor setup.

Cons: After moving and setting up my desktop, the monitor is not recognized by the computer as being a dell monitor. only recognized as a generic non-pnp monitor. Still no fix. Resolution stuck at 1024x768.

Other Thoughts: I've spent over 3 hours on the phone with dell tech support only to have my issue completely unresolved.

Incredibly frustrated.

Pros: Super adjustable stand, the best Dell has ever sold! Great picture and no dead pics. My customers are mostly using these as dual monitor setups.

Cons: None!

Other Thoughts: Even the packing material is recyclable! No more Styrofoam!

Pros: - Looks great
- Very adjustable angles and height (could go a LITTLE higher, but I'm not too bothered)
- Sharp screen, pixels are barely noticeable

Cons: - The back panel to cover the cords is plastic and does not hold well whatsoever. Not that big of an issue since it's behind the monitor, but still a bother.

Pros: -very good colors
-automatic mode switching is nice

Cons: -contrast not quite as good as my old Dell 1909w, but IPS panels do seem to be a bit behind on contrast

Pros: I have 3 of these monitors arranged vertically. It is absolutely perfect for games. The monitors can be seen from any angle unlike traditional LCD monitors. You won't be disappointed.

Cons: It doesn't help me win more games, but sure looks sexy as hell.

Pros: Crisp piture with good color. No noticible bleed from edges.
Standard mounting bracket, great base which supports raising, lowering and rotating.

Cons: No HDMI if you need that, but you would probably want speakers too if you needed that.....

Other Thoughts: I have two of these, they look great.

Pros: 150$ for a monitor this awesome is a good deal (got it on sale,
there are dvi, display port, and d-sub for the ancient computer
the stand rotates 90 degrees for portrait viewing
color looked great right out of the box
newegg is awesome about shipping, used free shipping and it came in 2 days.
i havent noticed any ghosting yet while play splintercell blacklist, will update if something changes

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: i was a bit worried that i would get the dreaded sBGR version, but mine came as sRGB
only had for one day, but so far no dead pixels or other issues

for those of you that want input switching to be better, you can make two of the buttons hotkeys for internal menus, not as good as switching at the push of a button as most monitors, but good enough for my needs

Pros: I have 6 of these in a 3x2 array.

The default stand is very adjustable
Included DisplayPort cable
The colors and brightness are great. Its certainly much prettier than any TN screen I've seen.


I highly suggest this monitor.

Cons: No HDMI port. No DVI cable included.

Other Thoughts: This monitor is a matte finish, which I personally like, but it makes the picture quality not quite as nice as a glossy IPS screen.

Pros: Clear and bright. Currently not using base that came with monitor...installed via wall mount. Looks great and easy to use. No need to look at manual as the menu options are intuitive. Sure beats my old Gateway monitor that I kept going for 8 years by replacing all the capacitors.

Cons: None so far.
