- Included Display Port cable is Full Size to Mini (or micro?): This was not good for my desktop graphics card.

- USB 3.0 port is down-facing in the back/ one rear-facing: My previous Dell monitor had two side-facing ports that I would plug flash drives into so I will miss that feature.

- No Webcam/Microphone: Again, very minor but it was nice having a Webcam/Mic built right into my previous Monitor. When gaming i'd use a headset of course but for video calling it was nice having it built right in.

Other Thoughts: I'm sorry Reviewer Michael (below) has such a troubling time with his monitor, but so far I am extremely pleased with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this monitor to you.

Pros: Contrary to another review of this monitor, I praised this directly from the manufacturer on sale (although sadly even so at a higher price than New Egg offers today) and have had this monitor working well with the new desktop system I purchased from New Egg. The monitor is bright, zero dead or weak pixels, energy saving and fast. It has great adjustability, including height, and has a built-in USB 3 hub as well. (By the way, and for the other reviewer's benefit, the Dell specs for this monitor state that this IS an IPS monitor. And, although I initially had a similar start-up problem as mentioned by the other reviewer, I found out this was a BIOS problem with the desktop compter when using a mini-display cable, so I just switched to an HDMI cable, and the problem disappeared!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Buy it from New Egg -- you will save $.

Pros: High pixels per inch. Super resolution and color

Cons: In early 2014 I purchased the previous version 2414q. Consistently would get dark screen after powering up PC and would have to power off and on the monitor for it to operate. When the 2415q came out I was positive Dell resolved the problem that was well discussed on many forums. Still has the same issue! Running a 28 inch 4k TN monitor with NO issue on the same computer. I really wanted a IPS screen. No go with this Dell.

Other Thoughts: Can't believe Dell didn't resolve the problem.
