Cons: This "problem" is only for VESA mounting, if you're going to use the stand, ignore all of the below.

The VESA mounting holes have screws in them, this really threw me off because I didn't really want to take the monitor apart, so I threw caution to the wind and unscrewed one, it was a VESA mount bolt hole. Now, the top (2) holes are almost flush with the back of the monitor (look at the 360 degree view to see the holes), the bottom (2) though are about 1/4" "recessed" into the back of the monitor (the monitor flares out from the middle to the bottom). So to get the VESA mount to be parallel with the monitor, it required more washers that were not included with the monitor or the VESA mount. (I've mounted a couple of different monitors using the same mount with no problems). So I had to get a couple of extra washers to make it even.

This is (in my opinion) not worth docking an egg. Most people will not be using a VESA mount and it does come with a stand.

It does not have a DVI or HDMI port so be prepared for that, I knew when I bought it so no egg loss.

Other Thoughts: This is inexpensive monitor that has a DisplayPort connection (most monitors that have a DisplayPort are $$$). This is the only reason why I purchased it.

Pros: Horrible colors and it came in having ripples in the screen and now I have to pay $30 to ship it back for something that I can't control very disappointed

Cons: Defected

Pros: Good for the price, nice and crisp, good colours

Cons: None at time of review

Other Thoughts: For a standard 1080p gaming monitor on a budget, it would be hard to find better.
