It is made of plastic but it is a high quality plastic so it can hold the weight easily. It is also adjustable so you can raise or lower it. Cons: Price, there are a few products that are about $10 lower in price that do the same job just as good BUT it is obvious those products use a lower grade of plastic. Other Thoughts: Judgement call on weather to get this unit or a slightly cheaper one. If you want a higher grade product go with this one. If you want one that does about the same job but a little cheaper the 3M MS80B Adjustable Height Monitor stand is just as good (but lower quality plastic). Did you find this review helpful?
