Tilt, elevate and pan are very good considering it's a fairly flush wall mount unit. Using it with 19" ELO Touchpanels. Also a great choice for cramped server rooms. Cons: None so far Other Thoughts: Has a tension adjusting spring in the base to allow for different monitor sizes/weights. Did you find this review helpful? It was easy to install and looks good. All the required hardware is included. Took less than 5 minutes to install. I used it for a monitor for a MAME arcade and video game machine. I can raise/lower the height based on the player and rotate to portrait when playing some of the older vertical games.
