4 out of 5 eggsStrong arms

Pros: +Freaking awesome
+Build quality
+Fine tune sensitivity of arms and tilt
+Easy to setup, secure to desk, wall, through desk
+Nice metallic finish

Cons: +High price tag

Other Thoughts: I have a Benq 2420Z and a Viewsonic VP-2770 mounted to the arms. Both of them will extend out all the way and not sag, that's how strong these arms are. The Viewsonic is a 27inch 1440p IPS, it's pretty heavy. I had it setup pretty easily, the longest part was securing the clamp and reorganizing my wires, that were all tangled up. It's all secured to a tempered glass desk, and I don't see any problem with it. I couldn't imagine not having it now, despite the high price tag. It's so easy to move my monitors around, not to mention have all my desk space available to stretch out on, while being able to bring my monitors in as close as I want.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy install. Works perfect.

Pros: Frees up desk space. Makes changing orientation between landscape and portrait very easy. Allows more freedom to rotate monitor for demo purposes.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Have used both types of mounts (clamp and via through-hole). Both work very easy and sturdy.
Using with 2x24" Dell monitors. No problem for stand.
for higher degree of rotation of both screens I would get the double monitor stand with the stacking center.

5 out of 5 eggsArms Everywhere

Pros: Sturdy, Adjustable, allows for much more desk space.
I have 4 arms for my 4 monitors, I couldn't imagine life without them.

They shall last quite a while

Cons: I guess, If I had to say something, It would be the height limitation of the arms. Higher, could be better.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking to clean up your desk, or need/want to easily move your monitors around. Look no further. I have invested a healthy amount of money in these arms and couldn't be happier.

5 out of 5 eggsImpressive Investment

Pros: Excellent design and mechanical build. All joins are superbly joint keeping things plum and level.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I own two of these that I've had for over 5 years holding four 19" 4:3 ratio monitors that I use as a freelance designer. I got sick and tired of having four monitors on my desk so I went ahead and bought two of these after thinking it over for years. GREAT investment! So much more desk space and makes dusting easier.

A few points in regards to other reviews since I've had these so long and am quite intimate with them. Yes they are "expensive" (I'm in the opposite camp where my monitors cost 3x's what these arms cost), but these are made from cast aluminum which is not cheap along with stainless steel parts. The price is fair for the quality you get.

The cable conduit on the bottom part of the arm has a small divider in it creating two small channels, one to hold your power cable, the other for video. So if you're having a hard time putting the plastic cover on, use your fingers and make sure the cables are each in their respective conduit. Cabling at the top can be done with twist ties (black to match your cables) or those plastic loopy things that are a one-time-use deal. There is a small hook to attach it too just before the large joint that attaches on the back of the monitor.

They adjust on all 3 axis (X,Y,Z) with very good angling, pitch, and rotation. Years later the monitors haven't sagged a mm.

They clamp on to your desk with great grip but don't mar the top surface at all.

Overall I love these things; great product by a great brand. I always recommend them.

5 out of 5 eggsExpensive, but it will outlive me

Pros: I've owned this mount for over a year now. It's just as solid today as the day I installed it. This product is overbuilt and of exceedingly high quality.

Everything is adjustable, from the positions of the arms themselves, to the tension required to move the arms around on a per-joint basis.

Stays where you put it after you put it there

Easy to clean--I just hit it with a duster and I'm done.

Cons: Cable management tray is a little bit chintzy and hard to deal with on initial setup, but once it's in place it works well enough.

Other Thoughts: I shopped around a lot before settling on this unit. Among mdoels I compared it to are Humanscale's range of monitor mounts, which are around twice the cost of this one. I found the Ergotron to be of superior quality.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth every penny.

Pros: Sturdy design, wide clamp, looks nice.

Cons: Cost? But worth it, considering it holds your much more expensive monitors. I'm far less concerned about damages than I've ever been.

Other Thoughts: Depending on the depth of your desk and how far back you like your monitors, you may end up placing the mount on the side of your desk. Also, make sure your monitor cables are long enough.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat quality

Pros: Very stable mount, easy to adjust. I mounted 2 ASUS VN279Q Black 27" monitors on this after I read the other reviews saying this could mount larger than 24" monitors. The two 27" monitors fit great. Monitors can be rotated and adjusted easily if need be and stay where you leave them.

Very fast shipping, arrived 1 day after order with super saver shipping (4-7 business days advertised)

Cons: I would have liked it if the arms adjusted up more. I might solve this by mounting the base on an elevated platform of about 6".

Mount rotates further facing up than facing down.

Cable management is a bit of a bother, the exit hole on the back of the bottom arm is small. I had to jam the cover on there, but good news is it worked and no plastic pieces broke off.

5 out of 5 eggsfantastic

Pros: I handles my 22 inch monitors with ease and it can be easily moved out of the way for space or pulled closer for easier use. it is great moves easy and handles monitors well. Provides all tools needed for installation unless you want to bolt it to your table

Cons: none other then make Shure everything is tight or it might "droop" a little bit they provide tools to fix issues like that.

Other Thoughts: works well a bit expensive but well worth it

5 out of 5 eggsGreat spacesaver

Pros: Saves a lot of desk space, multiple mounting options, easy to setup, attractive

Cons: Pricey

Other Thoughts: I had just gotten two new 24" monitors, and upon setting them up, I found I no longer had a desk. After doing a lot of research I felt this would be the best product to fit my needs. I was right. I now have a ton of desk space, and I can easily move and rotate the monitors as well. I was a little worried about my monitor size since it was on the upper limit of the size for this stand, but was happy to see it had no issues.

The unit is well made, attractive, and very strong. Setting up was daunting, but ended up being very easy. I have been using it for over 6 months now, and have been very pleased.
