5 out of 5 eggsWorth every penny.

Pros: Sturdy design, wide clamp, looks nice.

Cons: Cost? But worth it, considering it holds your much more expensive monitors. I'm far less concerned about damages than I've ever been.

Other Thoughts: Depending on the depth of your desk and how far back you like your monitors, you may end up placing the mount on the side of your desk. Also, make sure your monitor cables are long enough.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat quality

Pros: Very stable mount, easy to adjust. I mounted 2 ASUS VN279Q Black 27" monitors on this after I read the other reviews saying this could mount larger than 24" monitors. The two 27" monitors fit great. Monitors can be rotated and adjusted easily if need be and stay where you leave them.

Very fast shipping, arrived 1 day after order with super saver shipping (4-7 business days advertised)

Cons: I would have liked it if the arms adjusted up more. I might solve this by mounting the base on an elevated platform of about 6".

Mount rotates further facing up than facing down.

Cable management is a bit of a bother, the exit hole on the back of the bottom arm is small. I had to jam the cover on there, but good news is it worked and no plastic pieces broke off.

5 out of 5 eggsfantastic

Pros: I handles my 22 inch monitors with ease and it can be easily moved out of the way for space or pulled closer for easier use. it is great moves easy and handles monitors well. Provides all tools needed for installation unless you want to bolt it to your table

Cons: none other then make Shure everything is tight or it might "droop" a little bit they provide tools to fix issues like that.

Other Thoughts: works well a bit expensive but well worth it

5 out of 5 eggsGreat spacesaver

Pros: Saves a lot of desk space, multiple mounting options, easy to setup, attractive

Cons: Pricey

Other Thoughts: I had just gotten two new 24" monitors, and upon setting them up, I found I no longer had a desk. After doing a lot of research I felt this would be the best product to fit my needs. I was right. I now have a ton of desk space, and I can easily move and rotate the monitors as well. I was a little worried about my monitor size since it was on the upper limit of the size for this stand, but was happy to see it had no issues.

The unit is well made, attractive, and very strong. Setting up was daunting, but ended up being very easy. I have been using it for over 6 months now, and have been very pleased.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it! Getting one for work.

Pros: Continuous monitor spinning, the only thing limiting spinning of the monitor is the cabling. Holds 2x 23" Dell monitors with ease. Range of adjustment height, side to side and front to back is impressive. Many mounting options, I mounted mine with a single 3/8" hole in the middle of the counter I use as a desktop. Overall very sturdy.

Cons: Price

Other Thoughts: I hate to be the guy that complains about price, but the "monitor stand" was more than a "monitor" itself. It does hold two, but still seems like an impressive profit margin in this day. I guess more power to 'em as I'm buying one for work and one for my son, but only because I haven't found another option I like nearly as much.

5 out of 5 eggsBest I could find

Pros: It is very well made, and can move into just about any position you can imagine. The footprint is very small, so you can retain almost all of your deskspace. Setup is a breeze as well. I was a bit intimidated when opening the box, but I was able to have it fully assembled and working in just a couple minutes. I used it to mount 2 24" monitors with no issue what so ever. Good luck finding a better mount.

Cons: It's not cheap.

Other Thoughts: I did a lot of research. The biggest problem I found is that there were no brick and mortar stores to find these products. This really seemed to fit the bill of what I was looking for. At first I was concerned about spending $200 without getting an in person look. Then I ordered it anyway, and have been very pleased. I can't even think of a way they could improve this product.

5 out of 5 eggsService and Quality

Pros: Product Came with instructions and flyer with website video installation address that made it so simple to build. Newegg delivered to APO in 1 week, very happy with Newegg services. Fast and reliable as always. The Ergotron monitor stand is of high quality heavy aluminum, solid base with clamp and accessories for any desk installation. Cable management is simple and clean (included ties for arms). Both monitors (Acer GD235 24" x2) have plenty of room to configure anyway I want and my desk has plenty of space for papers now that the monitor base's are gone. Thank you Newegg and Ergotron.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: to get the monitors further back on the desk you may need to move the desk away from the wall a bit so the arms have some room. No big deal for mine since the rear of the desk is oval and curves around the corner of the wall.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Example of Great Product Design & Engineering

Pros: I setup this product by myself using nothing more than the “Setup & Go” instructions. It required no arm fine-tuning/adjustments. Easily supports my two 27” (12.8lbs) monitors.

Cons: The monitor rotation lock is the weakest part of the design and took me by surprise because overall this product is a 10. Rotation is locked by inserting a small screw which must be installed BEFORE you mount the monitors.

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from an Ergotron DS100 Dual-Monitor Desk Stand (with dual 19” ViewSonic VP191b monitors) to the Ergotron 45-245-026 LX Dual Side-by-Side Arm (with dual 27” ViewSonic VP2770-LED monitors).

This product supports monitors in excess of 24” if you can live without a stack configuration.

The C-clamp has been simplified so there is no need to assemble the clamp as some instructions might indicate.

This product is functional perfection with the exception of the monitor rotation lock. The Monitor Rotation Lock requires that you decide to lock/unlock rotation before you mount the monitors. If you change your mind you must remove the monitor(s) to lock/unlock rotation.

You will need long video cables and power cord extenders….for sure.

5 out of 5 eggsCareful about setup!

Pros: This product was so easy to setup I was somewhat terrified to put my brand new monitors on it. Have faith though, the arms can easily handle the weight despite the (alarmingly clever) plastic clips that keep any unusual jostling from causing the mount to fail. Sturdy build gives me great confidence in this product.

Cons: You WILL need enough room behind your desk to keep the monitors from ending up in your lap. The arms will need to stick out about 6"-12" behind the base, depending on how deep your desk is.

Other Thoughts: DO NOT OVERADJUST THE TIGHTNESS FOR THE VARIOUS DIRECTIONS OF MOVEMENT. The rotation/tilt for the monitor will most likely need to be as loose as possible, but the weight resistance on the arm itself was tuned to perfection when I first set it up.

It's not exactly as easy as they would have you believe to move the arms around (images I've seen show movement with just one finger pushing), but it comes a lot closer than I expected.
