While there is a allen screw, it is already tightened as far as it will tighten right out of the box, so the monitor just faces downward under it's own weight. I have a 24" LCD flat panel display. Other Thoughts: Total garbage! It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but you can't submit a comment without rating it, and they don't have negative stars! Pros: None

Cons: The tilt cannot be tightened. While there is a allen screw, it is already tightened as far as it will tighten right out of the box, so the monitor just faces downward under it's own weight. I have a 24" LCD flat panel display.

Other Thoughts: Total garbage! It doesn't even deserve 1 star, but you can't submit a comment without rating it, and they don't have negative stars! If they did, it would be -5 stars.
