Pros: Solid, easily assembled, done in about 20 min.

Cons: This product may only be returned for a store credit there is also a restocking fee. I ordered two stands for 8 monitors and realized that 8 were simply too many for my setup.

Other Thoughts: This stand fits the bill. Rather than going horizontal and eating up all my desk space with monitor stands the Quad Monitor Stand for LCD Displays is perfect.

Other Thoughts: The bottom cable management clip may get a little full but still large enough to hold all the cables. I didn't have a problem with it like other reviewers have had. The stand is so adjustable that it can easily handle different sized displays. I wouldn't mind if the base was a little larger for added stability.

Pros: I'm using this stand for my quad monitor setup at work. I using 4 ASUS VS Series VS238H-P. The setup and installation was easy and quick. The instructions aren't the best but enough to help you put it together. Had to figure out what some of the pieces did. All in all great product.

Cons: Better instructions on what everything is for.

Pros: Extremely durable construction. Works exactly as advertised and is relatively easy to build and set up. It is very adjustable in pretty much every direction. I'm a developer and with all of the windows I typically have open for programming/reference/email/project management/remote software, this stand is a pleasure to have even after only a day. If you're looking for a very high quality stand for a very reasonable price, and you don't need to move your monitors in completely opposite directions for some reason (like you would be able to with an ergotron with arms), this is the stand to get.

Cons: The allen wrench is required for adjustments. I taped it to the back of the stand (which faces the wall) to make sure I wouldn't lose it. Not really a huge con for me, but if you don't keep it somewhere safe and don't have any replacements for it, it may cause you issues.

Other Thoughts: I had a friend help with the setup and that sped up the process considerably. I'm using 23" monitors and the stand became unbalanced when only one monitor was attached (before the others were put on). If you're setting it up yourself, make sure that it doesn't tip over and damage your monitors.

Pros: Easy to assemble, sturdy, highly adjustable in every respect.

Cons: Very tight fit for 24" monitors, barely works. If you want full range of adjustment especially on the top two stick with 22" or smaller.

Pros: This is the dual monitor version with an added level for two more monitors. The unit went together with no problems. The parts are of high quality. I had 2 dell 19" monitors that weigh almost twice as much as the two 24" ASUS that I mounted on the bottom. Stand holds that all very solid and stable. For the quality and the price this stand is well worth it. The base has a smaller footprint compared to other stands I have built (10" deep by 16.5" wide).

Cons: The bottom cable management clip should have been bigger to hold both sets of wires running from all four monitors.

Other Thoughts: While this is not the fault of the stand, you need to carefully choose which monitors you use because of button placement if you want to bring in all four monitors tight to one another.

Pros: Holds four monitors and holds them tight. I have read reviews of other brands that have droopy monitors after a couple of hours. This has no such problem.

Cons: Be aware of the monitors you install. I have four HP's and they have power/adjust buttons on the bottom of the bezel. You can't have the top monitors touching the bottom monitors if the bottons are on the bottom of the bezel.

Other Thoughts: Didn't knock them for it, but both cable guides are the same size. Works great on for the top monitors, but the bottom guide, just doesn't fit four power cables and four display cables. Use Dell monitors as they have power/adjust buttons on the front. Samsung's are okay also since their buttons stop working after two weeks.

Cons: The tension screw for each monitor clip (behind monitor)does not adjust enough to really lock monitor position. It does stiffen the monitors, but the monitors can still be shifted around by hand. A locking mechanism would of been nice.

Other Thoughts: Don't bother looking any further. If you are in the market for a cheap quad stand, but don't want a piece of cr@p, this is it!! I'm a quality oriented guy, and love well designed stuff.

I was looking (and drewling) at the Ergotech 600-F28-B33. I couldn't afford that bad boy, so I decided to go for their lower model, the 100-D28-B22. Well, that thing proved to be a big fat dud! I spent hours banging my head on the wall trying to put it together, and in the end, I'm still not happy with the look and the fit-up of the parts.

In contrast, this Planar was a dream. You will not believe how easy it is to assemble the components! And, on top of it, the stand looks really nice. I'm a tough person to please, but I am overjoyed about this Planar quad monitor stand. So overjoyed that I am buying another one.

I have (4) Samsung 213t LCD monitors on one stand and no problems.

Pros: Easy to put together. Sturdy. Well engineered. Has just about any adjustment you could want for monitor positioning.

Cons: None.
