2 out of 5 eggsJust doesn't last.

Pros: Worked for a while...

Cons: I had the same issue as another reviewer: bulb life was *significantly* lower than advertised/expected. I replaced this bulb in January, it's barely November and my bulb just shattered. Most of my use has been in low brightness mode; I can't see the bulb counter right now since I have a shattered bulb but I would estimate about 1400 hours in low brightness and maybe 100 hours of high brightness. Here I am ordering another one... Disappointing. Right now it's still more cost-effective for me to purchase another bulb for another 9 or 10 months of use out of this projector, but I'm definitely not happy about it. Buyer beware.

1 out of 5 eggsWarranty issue

Pros: Bulb worked fine for 5 months.........

Cons: Overall usage was approx 900 hours at low brightness setting when the bulb shattered. Please be aware that the warranty through Epson is 90 days NOT 180 as stated here on Newegg. I just got off the phone with Epson and they will NOT warranty this bulb.

Other Thoughts: I will never purchase another Epson product again. A few hundred dollars every year or two is fine, but not every 900 hours.
