Pros: Screen has good quality material for the price. Images look fine even from reasonable angles. Easy to install, would be helpful to have 2 people for the install.

I installed this over a double window in my new small living room. This is replacing a fixed screen I used to use. It's not as good, but is a reasonable replacement. The material blocks 99% of the light from the windows. The first one I received had a dot on the back in the middle where the material was defective and light showed right through, but a replacement proves to work just fine.

One of the few screens in this size and certainly in the price range.

Cons: Recoil mechanism is terrible. I think if you were crazy enough to just tug and let go it would go all the way up without 6 tries. Usually I get stopped at least once if not 4 times like this morning on the way up.

Other Thoughts: Price keeps this in the average else it would drop in my opinion. I will probably replace with a Da-Lite someday.

Pros: Cheap, good looking screen.

Cons: Somewhat difficult to retract.

Other Thoughts: Retracting the screen can be a little tricky if you're not used to it. You have to pull the screen down then let it retract very quickly, almost like you are pulling it down then letting go of it (you shouldn't actually let go of the screen or you'll damage it). I've had another screen that was pretty similar to this one, but I don't remember having to let it retract so fast, but maybe I'm just forgetting.

Pros: Great screen for a budget home theatre. It mounted very easy.

Cons: I wish it were black (not white) like the photo shows.

Other Thoughts: I researched screens for several months and no one came close to the New Egg price!!!

Pros: Nice looking screen, very easy to install.

Cons: No mounting hardware/screws. the screen comes down well, but it will not retract back up.

Other Thoughts: I'm guessing all screens are a similar matte material. the price difference is probably in the retraction mechanism so I guess I'm getting what I paid for. Overall the screen is great, but if you want to pull it down and retract it frequently you may need to consider a different screen.

Pros: Only 12 lbs very easy to install. Matte white finish awesome for home theaters.

Cons: Didn't have with any hanging hooks or screws. Prepared to use your own and highly recommand getting a stud finder.

Other Thoughts: If you don't screw into a stud you may have problems with the entire screen casting coming down on you when you pull down on the screen.

Even if you hit one stud you'll be fine with a longer screw to make up for it.

Pros: For the money, you can't go wrong. This screen shows a great picture and was easy to hang with the included brackets.

Cons: none

Pros: Low price.
Easy to clean
Decent contruction and material quality.

Cons: Though the preview picture shows the frame as being black the one I received is white.
Bolts that came with the screen are not usable if you are mounting it on a surface where you don't have access to the back of the bolts.

Other Thoughts: Screen came with a spot of dirt on the screen. It washed off fairly easily.
