Pros: This thing as others have mentioned is enormous, but in a good way. I got this to go with a ViewSonic PJD5111, which is 4:3 screen ratio. This screen has enough space to use as a backdrop support (put a black/white/etc sheet over it for shooting portraits) and as the projection screen itself. The projector hasn't gotten here yet, but once it does I will repost how well it works with that. It is very sturdy, aside from the small con (below) the design is decent. The height adjustment collar is easily adjusted, that also seems pretty sturdy. Set-up can be difficult as mentioned by someone else earlier, but if you unclip the latch next to the handle first and elevate the screen about 10-12 inches it will come together effortlessly. Compared to the cost of renting one of these ($60 - $120) it was a no-brainer to make the purchase. It was delivered in less than 24 hours also. (But for a cost :-( )

Cons: The pivot point where the screen rotates has no "lock" position, but a little velcro strips will fix that for transport and storage. Also, there is a slight ding/scratch on the screen, it was more than likely done in manufacturing and or transit. Not enough to care about it though. Only other Con I have is when I put it in my cart once I had originally found it had free shipping, then next day after the decision was made to get this one the free shipping was gone adding almost 30 dollars to the order. Which stinks, but it got here NewEgg Fast!

Other Thoughts: Final thoughts, This is a good screen as a starter, inexpensive compared to how long it will last based off the quality of construction. It is a little big to carry around, but my clients will be impressed once they see the size of the overall presentation. This was purchased for our Photography company to use for wedding/event slideshows. I am totally confident it was a good purchase, NewEgg just happened to be the icing on the cake!

I have added a video of setup, it was done in my garage, so space was limited, but it was still rather simple. It was my second time setting it up.

Pros: Giant screen that shows HD projection well.

Cons: Very poor engineering. The screen must be rotated with the tripod to setup and the pivot point binds and is subject to bending and will likely break from metal fatique over time. This screen is very difficult to setup with one person as you have to hold the thing up and try to pull the legs out at the same time and that is very difficult to do.

Other Thoughts: I should have bought the Epson Easy portable screen. It is a bit smaller but much easier to deal with on the road.

Pros: High quality material, great price, very sturdy, versatile and easy to setup.

Cons: Extends so high that it makes watching or playing anything in widescreen obsolete, for me a 3:4 height to width ratio is what I need in a screen. Height can be adjusted and screen can be centered so it's still good.

Other Thoughts: I'm gonna attach two homeade screens on either side of this bad boy so I'll be able to watch widescreen movies while the screen is raised to its' massive maximum height. This thing is a beast.

Pros: Great screen for the price. Seems to be made of good sturdy material with no mechanical failures so far. It is not very complicated to use, so there isn't a lot that could go wrong if u take care of it. Have used and transported it a lot with no difficulty. Lightweight and compact for the its size.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: As other reviews have stated, its big. Make sure and figure your average ceiling height of the rooms u will be using it in before u buy.

Pros: Large screen, great picture, outstanding price.

Cons: May be to large for some uses. Not able to transport in a car. You will need a large SUV or truck to carry this screen.

Other Thoughts: I bought this to use with power point presentations but not portable enough. Will donate to my church and purchase a smaller one. Newegg rocks! Fast delivery.

Pros: Huge screen, with tripod, under $100.00

Other Thoughts: Great value for a screen this size. Plus, you can take it anywhere and not have to worry about hanging it someplace. Can't wait till Summer movie nights outside!!!

Pros: Really big!!! Which is the whole point, in my mind, of having a projector. I noticed a substantial increase in picture quality and contrast over my white wall approach. Not surprising, but the improvement made me wish I bought this when I got the projector.

The Tripod base is narrow enough to not take up too much roo, yet sturdy. The screen is every bit as wide as described, so make sure you have enough room for it.

Cons: The only con at this point is that I can't find a place to put it when not in use, hehe. Not that that is really a con, but definately make note of its size.

Oh, one other thing, though this is not directly related to the product... it stinks that FedEx is no longer the principle carrier for New Egg. UPS stinks, and I had to pay more to stick with FedEX. Oh well.

Other Thoughts: Worth every penny including the shipping. New Egg is the best.
