Pros: I wish there were.

Cons: I finally went to the store to buy the hardware parts that are supposed to be included and set about installing the projector to my wall. After easily hanging the screen from the wall, within 5 seconds the screen came whirling down and stopped hard, as if there was no catch mechanism to keep the screen inside the housing. I attempted to firmly pull the bottom of the screen to retract it, but there was no spring action. If I tried pulling any harder, I would have pulled it right off the wall. I am doing a RMA, and I am not pleased with this product at all, I do not understand how the first person to review this product could give it 5 stars, unless they worked for the company. This is the worst perepheral I have ever bought.

Other Thoughts: The screen looks cheaply built, as the gear mechanisms are all plastic, and the screen smells like a hot vinyl swimming pool, which is fine if I was swimming out doors, but not while I am eating a snack while watching a movie on the screen. The screws that hold the mounting caps at each end are very loose, and make a rattling noise when the screen is moved, as I noticed it while mounting. I also noticed a dent on the top of the housing, which I contribute to shipping. I would do better if I just hanged a drapery from the ceiling, and not waste so much money, time, and sanity.

Pros: Nice 12 foot screen, other than that I'll write later if I have any more nice things to say, which I doubt.

Cons: Upon arrival and opening of the contents, I discovered no installation parts, even thought the manual clearly states in all 4 languages that the parts diagrammed are standard, (Standards, Standardzubehör, estándar), except L-brackets. I called customer service and received a nice piece of Bull stating that it was a mistranslation from Chinese, I asked him whether he meant Mandarin or Cantonese, because the word for standard in both would be very hard to mis translate. He stated that it would be impossible for them to send out any of the installation parts. They basically refused to send parts the manual says are included and are part of the warranty if missing.

Other Thoughts: Be prepared to visit your local hardware store if you purchase this product, and hope that it doesn't break because they will not honor the warranty information. I would do an RMA, but it would cost me more than to buy some washers, screws, and mounting brackets, than pay the return fees that Newegg charges. Why does newegg carry trash products like this?

Pros: Real quality piece of work I was hesitant to get this screen because no one had reveiwed it yet but I'm glad I did it's really nice, it's a little pricey but very well made and the size being 100" diagonal it's really HUGE.
