Cons: Where to start..first, the assembly instructions are horrible. It would help if there were more than pictograms. Some things just didn't "fit." On the main brace, there is a small plastic part that came out. The piece would fit back in, but then you couldn't slide it down the pole, so to speak. I finally had to lightly tap, using a hammer, to get the arm at the desired height. Finally, after all was assembled, the monitor keeps drooping down. There is no way to "tighten" the ball bearing that affects the "tilt' of the monitor. Looks like $90.00 wasted. Did you find this review helpful? Thanks for the valuable feedback you provided!

I bought a pair and mounted a 22" ViewSonic and a 24" Asus LCD to my desk. They're solid, well-made. and easily adjustable. The box includes all the tools and parts you'll need for setup (unless you're permanently desk- or wall-mounting them). There are a total of three pivot points on the horizontal arm with a full-rotation and -pivot joint on the monitor mounting plate. The pole offers a variety of heights for the arm, which can be raised or lowered after opening the lever (no tools required after initial install). Cons: None. Other Thoughts: For the price, these are great. I don't think you're going to find a better setup without paying extra to break into hydraulic monitor arms. Also, if you haven't already, I recommend longer power and video cables. My PC sits on the floor next to my desk, and the shortness of the basic cables that came with my monitors (5' and 6') put tension on my video card. Slack is good! Did you find this review helpful? When mounted to a desk it can support at least 20 lbs! I have a 24 inch ASUS monitor mounted on it and works great. It is a lot more heavy duty than the pictures show. That's a good thing. I was worried how much weight it could handle. I could easily hang a 27 inch monitor on this if I wanted. Cons: Nothing really. Other Thoughts: I use this for a dual monitor setup.
