Pros: This modem is faster than I previously had, and you can definately tell the difference. This is the first modem I have had that I didn't need to reset every couple of days. I have never reset this one at all. Very simple to install. Hardest part was when I called in my MAC# to the cable company, could hardly understand what she was saying....haha

Other Thoughts: Great price and its from NewEgg, so I don't have to worry if it ever breaks down on me. Plus NewEgg stores your reciepts online and there always accessible.

Other Thoughts: Needed this to replace my aging linksys cable modem. My ISP was upgrading nextweek and needed something to keep me connected. Good job as always to newegg for the quick shipping.

Other Thoughts: This modem has been running perfectly for 3 months, and it allows me to reach my advertised Internet speeds, works with Charter service.
