Pros: Perfect for cable customers looking to save some $$$. Works fine with Comcast and was able to call them and get registered and working on the same day I received it. As always Newegg is very good with prices and shipping.
Cons: None so far.

Pros: Works very well, small, light weight and it also increased my average speed from 5 megs to around 15. I didn't check my old uploads so I don't know if they increased however.
Cons: I had a little rough time getting my isp to recognized the mac address on the modem. It seems i couldn't put my isps splitter between the modem and the wall, however thats more my isps fault and not the modems, so just a heads up.
Other Thoughts: Quite Satisfied over all =)

Pros: Gets me online. Works fine with COX. No issues getting setup. A 2-minute conversation with a rep, gave him the new MAC address, and that was that. Hasn't dropped out once in over a month.
Cons: None.
Other Thoughts: My Motorola surfboard starting dropping out every night, then twice a day, then three times a day. Got sick of constantly rebooting it but wasn't about to buy a new one. I thought I'd give the Linksys refurbished one a shot since it was way cheaper than buying a new one. Box came with everything it needed. It even had that "new electronics smell". You know what I'm talking about. I thought the thing was going to reek of some old guy who smoked cigarettes all day around his computer before he kicked the bucket and they took back his modem. Not the case. Seems brand new to me. One more bonus for refurb. Thanks a bunch Newegg!
