Pros: Easy "plug and play" hookup. Works well.
Cons: Very sloooow. Bought it to replace an old Motorola Surfboard 3100 and it is a snail compared to the 3100. Would be OK for someone with a slow provider who wants a bargain

Pros: Just hooked it up with Charter cable in about 5 minutes and had 15 mbps down and 2mbps up when I pay for the 5mbps package. Only $20 covers 4 months of Charter modem rental fees, so even if it breaks in a year, just buy it again and you are still saving money!
Cons: No built in router or wireless connectivity but not its fault, I would just like it to be there.
Other Thoughts: The modem is tiny and holds signal better than any other modem I have used (2wire ADSL modem and D-link DCM-202). A grea product at an unbeatable price! Don't hesitate to buy.

Pros: Work like an uncap modem with Charter. Have it setup up and going in less than 5 min.
Cons: Have to put the modem more upsteam than my SB5101 for it go to get sync.
