Works great receiving and sending faxes. Doesn't drop faxes and very speedy Cons: Had one give out after a year. I don't know why but I purchased the same model and its going strong. Other Thoughts: The card is installed on a Microsoft 2008 Server utilizing MS Fax Service. Windows didn't auto recognize the card so I download the drives off the site and it worked.
