Pros: Works as expected for fax modem. Using in a dell r510 server with MS fax service.

Cons: Size. This is a full length card. it is the same pcb as the 8 modem model but only has 4 of the modems installed. I don't think it would fit in any of the entry level servers that don't have full length cases.
