3 out of 5 eggsDoesn't do what it Claims

Pros: Seems to work ok at lower speeds

Cons: Will not run over 100mbps on Time Warner Cable. So now after 6 months with this modem TWC upgrades their system and although I thought I was prepared for it, turns out this modem will not work with the 300mbps TWC Internet

Other Thoughts: Kind of frustrating to buy a modem that supposed to run at 343mbps only to have to buy another one 6 months later because it won't

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Unit No Worries

Pros: After owning this unit for a few months I can now comment that it works very well, holds its connection fine and delivers very good speed. I bought this modem for its reputation and it has not disappointed me. I get almost 30Mbps down on a 25Mbps connection so thats a nice little extra bonus I certainly appreciate. With Moto quality I feel confident that this modem will last a long time.

Cons: As everyone says, the LEDs on the front of the unit are SO BRIGHT its truly painful. Had to put a piece of black electrical tape over them and I can still see them fine from the side bleed over illumination. New Egg should sell semi-clear LED blocking shields for these and really clean up,

Other Thoughts: This modem gets my highest recommendation and its the only one I recommend to friends and family. Great unit at a great price, don't hesitate at all to purchase and then proceed to just forget about it being there.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Basic Modem

Pros: Reliable, Affordable, Easy to setup, Free TP-Link router thrown in with the deal for free! (Using that as a WIFI repeater now.)

Cons: None ---- Could have been a little cheaper I suppose.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to replace my cable modem provided by Time Warner Cable. No more modem lease fees!!!!!! I have been using this for over a year with great results!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Performance!

Pros: -Small and easy to conceal
-Performance exceeded my expectations. I went from 25mbs to 110mbs and the only change was this modem. Noticeable difference in downloads as well as FPS gaming.

Cons: None, completely happy

5 out of 5 eggsFast speeds, easy to set up

Pros: -Easy to setup and install
-Delivers fast speeds (paid for 30 Mbps, consistently averaging 35+)

Cons: -LEDs at the front of the unit are quite bright, can't dim them

Other Thoughts: I bought this router in combination with the TP Link Archer C7 router before switching from ATT Uverse internet to Wide Open West internet. It's been working well and reliably, with no need for reboots or restarts thus far.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks like a charm on the Time Warner Cable.

Pros: Works like a charm on the Time Warner Cable. Took about 20 minutes to activate with Customer Service.

Cons: Bright Light (put it behind a TV stand)

Other Thoughts: Yes, if you want docsis 3.0 modem at a good price that works on Time Warner Cable.

1 out of 5 eggsLasted 1 month

Pros: Easy set up. Great while it worked.

Cons: Download speeds dropped to less than 1Mbps after just shy of 30 days. After working with or cable provider we found it it was the modem and of course it is now past the 30 days for the return/refund so we are stuck eating the cost of this modem.
