Pros: Fast

Cons: My particular unit keeps randomly restarting which is getting more frequent. Checked with the ISP and everything is fine there. I thought that this being Motorola/Arris that they would be helpful with an exchange.. Unfortunately that was not the case.

Working from home I cannot be without internet connection and for them to advance exchange there is a $10 fee as well as a shipping fee for the faulty unit. I am not sure why I need to pay for their defective unit if it is under warranty. Needless to say this company has not earned my repeat business.

Pros: This ARRIS Cable Modem & Wireless Router with WiFi is Fantastic. It is so easy to connect, but I had to call COX Cable to match the IP Address. This single unit is so much faster than the old two units were and WIFI is always available now. The wireless strength goes throughout our one-story 2,500 sq.ft. house. The price was also the best at NewEgg.

Other Thoughts: Yes, I highly recommend this unit; at one time I was an Electronic Technician for 7 years.

Pros: When I first hooked up the WIFI/Modem it was very unstable. I wrote a previous review stating this.
I have since had Time Warner out and they found a bad connection. The Motorola WIFI/Modem has been stable for 2 days now.

Cons: Took much longer than normal to receive.

Other Thoughts: This modifies my earlier review.

Pros: When it works it works well.

Cons: Drops the internet connection often.

Other Thoughts: Unit is unstable. Had Time Warner check the line no problem. No problem with phone and TV signal. Feel like I threw away $189.00. The shipping took much longer than I am used to from Newegg.
Overall very disappointing.

Pros: Work fine with COX, been using it about a month no trouble noted. Been heard about other models need to update their firmware and stuff but haven't got that problem yet :)

Cons: The button on the top said no need enter password if press, couldn't get that to work but I'm OK with that.
