Pros: Image quality is super even in extremely low light conditions. To Test it I turn out all the lights one night and from the monitor glow only I was able to get a surprisingly good image. Auto focus works great 99% of the time. Most importantly (for me) the built in Mic is superb. I was able to pick up normal speaking from ~25 Feet away in a moderately noisy large(60x120) room.
Cons: "RightLight2 Technology" appears to be a gimmick, as I have seen no difference with it on or off. "intelligent face tracking" is also gimmicky, it has trouble tracking and insanely slow to respond.
Other Thoughts: Video response time and quality of movement decreases with lower light, however they are still acceptable unlike some USB cams I have tried. There is about a quarter to half second lag on video being displayed, so if you want real time video this won't work.
Our use: A Non-Profit I work for broadcasts, over the internet, our monthly meetings. They consists of a room (12x18) of 20 people or fewer. So far we are extremely happy.

Pros: Superior picture at close range. Auto or manual focus, digital zoom, pan, tilt (image shift when zoomed), color balance and exposure controls.
Cons: Myopic (near-sighted) camera. Cannot provide acceptable focus beyond 8-10 feet. Best focus under 4 ft.
Other Thoughts: I bought this camera strictly for the touted image quality. Unfortunately the camera is designed to provide crisp focus at very close range only. Ideal for chatting - but not for my intended use. Too bad they don't mention that in the specs.
If the Cons aren't a problem for you, then give it 5 stars.

Pros: Great picture, quality streaming, good design.
Cons: As always, Logitech's software sucks.
Other Thoughts: However, I learned from this experience (I bought a Creative Live! Cam Optia Pro first, returned that super quickly) that most companies have highly unsatisfactory software. Microsoft's isn't that bad, but I'm not a huge fan of their cameras. That being said, Logitech, even with the software (maybe it's just ugly software), is one of the better webcam manufacturers I've used. This one is worth the cost.

Pros: Automatically recognized in Ubuntu Linux 9.10 Works great with Skype Picture is clear and sharp even in full screen mounting flexibility is great Even better if the called party using Skype also has an identical webcam
Cons: Built in microphone not that great, I use a Sennheiser headset. Pricey
