Excellent
- Pros: Crisp, clear picture without the annoying motion blur of lesser webcams. User-friendly and efficient software. High-quality lens and construction. Camera tracks your face, which is very handy. Logitech customer support is top-notch.
- Cons: Expensive, but you get what you pay for. I wish I would have bought it from Newegg, paid a more for it on a different site.
- Other Thoughts: One thing I've noticed is that the auto-tracking feature can be quite creepy. It's almost like it's peering into your soul, judging you. Sometimes at night, while in bed, I get the feeling its watching me. It's silly I know, but I often cover it with a cloth when I'm not using my computer.
Pretty nifty!
- Pros: It does face tracking and does very good quality pics and video. Looks pretty sleak.
- Cons: The face tracking isnt that great. Sometimes it doesnt move around to track and just sits there for no reason. Nothings perfect, I can deal with that.
- Other Thoughts: If you do get this make sure to go to the logitech website and get the updated software. It really makes a difference!

Logitec Quick Cam AF 2.0

- Pros: I purchased two of these Spring 2009 for faculty to use with distance education projects. They were very impressed with this camera (in comparison to built-in laptop webcams and other ~$30 cams). Purchased two more in Fall 2009, hearing more great compliments on how well they work, so I'm going to pick up a few more to have in stock.
- Cons: Once I moved one on somebody's desk, and it quit working. (was using the tall stalk) Took me a few minutes to debug: it actually just serves as a usb extension cable, and I had knocked it slightly loose, so there wasn't a good electrical connection. Pushing it back together fixed it.
- Other Thoughts: I see a review here saying it doesn't work with Win7 64bit. Guess I'm lucky, didn't do anything special and it works for us. And another review about the poor mic ... we were using it this week in large computer lab (25 stations). They were complimenting it, picking up speakers from the back of the room, with the camera at the front (25' away).
